I don't know about this specific combo of symptoms, but for migraines I've had luck with magnesium lotion on my neck. It helps with muscle tension. I've also used a cinnamon muscle rub on my forehead, the slight burn counteracts the head pain. Ice packs also help. They sell cooling head sleeves things. I've also heard to you put your feet in hot water and ice on your head. You could add magnesium or Epsom salt to the foot bath.
Daily Magnesium Glycinate capsules fixed my recurring migraine problem (as well as leg cramps). 70% DMSO spray on skin for quick relief but do your research before using this.
I've never suffered from vertigo for more than a few hours at a time and it was actually quite pleasant - like being drunk - so I never tried to cure it.
For me personally, it was smoking a joint that has alleviated the issue. I smoked my first joint 15 years ago. Haven't had a migraine in 15 years since.
Dude right? I use your name for everything. Just yesterday I rubbed ivermectin and fenbendazole on a particularly horrible eczema flare up, and the symptoms were gone in less than an hour.
I ingest a bit of both every time I hear there's a new 'virus' heading our way, since I babysit several toddlers and have a vulnerable adult in my home. I went from catching every plague a few years ago to never getting sick at all, using this method. Incidentally I used to get tons of migraines and now never.
For the vertigo: you didn’t give a hint at your age, but I will have you try something. Tiny “rocks” are at the end of little hairs in your inner ear. They can droop for a variety of reasons. Lay on the edge of the bed so your upper body is part way off. Let your head hang straight down. Do that for about 10 minutes every day for at least a couple of weeks. And in the meantime, make sure your head is straight up when you turn it.
Migraines are confusing but I would start with two easy ones. Get good neck massages. Preferably trigger point. There is also a notch in the bone right above your eye. You will find a tight little muscle. Press on it and move back and forth. If it is painful, then that is part of the problem.
First, "migraine" is an abused term today that is commonly used to just mean a really bad headache, even by doctors but it is way more than that. I started getting migraines when I was 5 y.o. and would bang my head against the wall because that pain would lessen or take my focus off the pain in my brain and eyeballs. The key markers of migraine to distinguish it from other types of headaches is sensitivity to light and sound, nausea/vomiting and visual disturbance called migraine aura. So I am happy to advise but what are your symptoms?
Second, vertigo (which I don't have) can have a number of causes but the most common is Meniere's disease which can be cured or controlled.
That said the headaches and the dizzyness may be related or unrelated and step one is to make that determination.
I know someone who had migraines. After years of dealing with it, a new doctor noticed that a certain blood pressure medication was the wrong type for them to be taking. Switched blood pressure medications, ended headaches.
Is the vertigo connected to the migraines? If not, you might look into and learn about the crystals in your ear. When they get out of balance, you can get dizzy. There's a very simple way to correct the problem, if that's what it is. You could consider seeing an audiologist about it if it's not connected.
I seem to have heard something about migraine causes / treatment, but I don't remember what that was at the moment. If I can remember, I'll definitely come back and share that info. All the best, I hope you can get help. I know migraines are miserable.
Nutrition is the issue. What is the most nutritious food? Red meat. Common sense rules. You are meat bone sinew. You are NOT broccoli or spinach. Suggest Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Anthony Chaffee all have YT channels. Carnivore is the new “fad” diet that ACTUALLY heals MANY so called dis-eases which are all sugar, seed oil and insulin based. Multiple sclerosis? Diabetes? Migraines? Tinnitus? Back pain? Gout? Cancer? Why because we are what we eat. Check out Homestead How, My Zero Carb Life, No Carb Life. Drugs cover up symptoms they don’t fix anything. Pain meds including acetaminophen and ibuprofen deplete magnesium-magnesium reduces pain and allows muscle to relax. Repeat pain meds = rebound pain repeated over an over until so severe they then UP the dose and increase the dependency. It is up to you. But remember they had to admit that cholesterol is necessary and statins do absolutely nothing. Nothing.

I actually did find one. Thanks for this!

Amitriptyline and Citalopram solved mine. Had them for 30 years before I found a Neurologist with a solution.

An excellent acupuncture doctor may also help.
Look up BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).
Repositions canaliths (otoliths) in semi-circular canals. I've seen it wotk many times.
Physical therapists, surprisingly, perform the repositioning procedure frequently.
It can he done without assistance, but it sometimes requires trained helping hands.
Good luck!

What kind of vertigo do you have? I have unilateral vestibular loss at 93 percent in my right ear. I can tell you things that help depending
It's undiagnosed
What does the vertigo feel like? Does it always spin, literally 100 percent of the day or just sometimes?
You get it in your eyes. Ears, nerves or diet.
