I don't know about this specific combo of symptoms, but for migraines I've had luck with magnesium lotion on my neck. It helps with muscle tension. I've also used a cinnamon muscle rub on my forehead, the slight burn counteracts the head pain. Ice packs also help. They sell cooling head sleeves things. I've also heard to you put your feet in hot water and ice on your head. You could add magnesium or Epsom salt to the foot bath.
