I worked with two nurses from Russia prior to retirement. They were both very smart, well educated and good nurses. One of them told me
"in Russia they aren't worried about their children playing outside and riding their bikes." He said "We are sad here we can't let our children out to play without being worried they will be taken." He was working overtime and saving up to go back home. The other was a lovely girl married to an American pilot and here to stay as far as I know.
Waiiiiit no the Soviets we allied with us in WW2 were Bolshovick jews. They were communists. Hell no. Now russia today is a much better ally than Soviet russia
When you say “sacrificed” you’re more right than you may know. The incidence of “friendly fire” against those trying to flee getting mowed down by German machine guns was alarming to say the least. Sovietism was not good. Putin is de-communizing Russia as best he can, yet some still long for the glory days of the “worker’s paradise”.
Not if China has anything to say about it. China just sent their top general of the PLA, Zhang Youxia, on a very quiet mission to speak with Putin. The message: Don't even think about throwing us under the bus and aligning with the West. Make the peace deal if you must, but you will remain firmly in our orbit. China is the major factor that has kept the Russian economy afloat. China never does anything without a substantial payback.
China in the last 2 weeks has sent 3 top level officials to Moscow all on the heals of the announcement of the Trump peace deal. None of these visits had been planned in advance more than a couple of days. First was Premier Li Qiang, Xi's lap dog, to work on economic cooperation. His visit came with wide press coverage both in Russia and China. Then General Zhang Youxia who was given high profile state visit honors usually reserved for heads of state. Highly unusual. (Some suspect Zhang is actually in control of the PLA and not Xi due to factional infighting in Beijing.) This visit was covered in the Russian press, but only a few words in the Chinese press only to be taken down within an hour. Then both Russia and China went radio silent on the visit. Very strange. It was followed up by Wang Yi, China's Foreign Minister. Therefore, it can be speculated that Beijing was doing some strategic positioning to keep Putin from jumping ship. Essentially, Russia has become a vassal state of China since the war started. There is no way Russia would have survived without the Chinese. So I don't know how successful Trump is going to be trying to pull Putin away from Beijing's clutches. We will have to wait and see. Putin will ultimately do what is best for Russia and himself. He is not stupid. The Russian people can't stand the Chinese or what they sell. They much prefer to deal with the West.
He left out white. But I get it.
And I agree with Bannon on this one. Russia stronk (and Christian).
Chinese is now taught as a second language in high schools in Russia.
Russia is also very family oriented. Something the DS has been destroying in the USA for years.
They appear to be much better than us.
I did not have that on my bingo card.

Pussy Riot is USAID
Perhaps, if one assumes that "their zoomers" and the bs they push are real
Russia was chosen to be the bogey man after the coldwar to blame everything on and the people believed what they were told
Correction...
Russia was chosen to be the boogeyman by the same assholes that killed their czar.
The relentless shit talking against Russia endured as payback for not welcoming "them" with open arms.
Some call that being stubborn...others call it being tenacious and true to your people.

For sure russia sacrificed more people than any other nation on ww2.

I have heard this before on X, that Putin is becoming an asset of China.
