Bullshit. It’s genetics. Rwandan genocide, Somali use of starvation as a weapon, current Nigerian genocide, current state of Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, etc. The people just don’t have the cognitive capacity to consider others’ perspectives or to consider objectivity, so they give in to animalistic impulses of violence.
You haven’t read the article. Before the welfare state, (1960s) most black families in the USA had fathers, attended church, and their parents taught them how to behave in public.
From where and whom did they absorb that culture?

The article blames current black dysfunction on “cracker” culture from the American south that was brought over from the British Isles. The claim is testable and it fails to pass muster. While there has been low class/ prol/ chav behavior in the British Isles, it has never had the per capita representation or the intensity that it has had among black Americans. Blacks might have absorbed some of the worst concepts of cracker culture, but they don’t have the same intelligence to moderate the practice. Black violent crime rates far exceed those of the poorest American southern whites and of the working class whites in the British Isles.
The author does stipulate that so called cracker culture gradually died off because it wasn't accepted elsewhere. {Paraphrasing}
Which leaves no doubt as to why ghetto culture continually gains more traction generation after generation-ignoring the problem, embracing the problem and championing the problem.
From before cracker culture supposedly died off, what were the homicide rates of the southern white crackers?

The article leads off with an excuse- blaming crackers- and says it didn’t come from Africa, which is ridiculous as pre-white-contact black Africans have always been ignorant murderous slavers and it continues to this day.

I did move to west Philly in my youth. The environment didn’t change my behavior much. It did change my knowledge though. Between that and later living on a 90+% black block in Baltimore City, I was dispelled of suburban public school excuse-making.

For your (question part): looks like copy and paste has mostly stopped working for me when it comes to posting links from at least certain places, like youtube, substack, well, a lot of the larger sites, and not just to GAW, but to youtube comments, to facebook, and several other places. So seems like something was done recently that is pretty widespread online problem now. But done just on the programming on some platforms, mostly from copying links to them as it seems to be...? Or is it something wider? Would that be possible? I don't know anything about programming or how precise it needs to be, like no idea if it would be possible to affect half of internet with something.
I think for substack it's an intentional limit so you can't just copy and paste the entire article. They annoyingly allow one paragraph at a time.
