This board has an issue where a rumor like this pops up, then it suddenly morphs into fact, then everyone just says it happened, then people are shocked it's not happening.
It's best to hold tight and see if this comes true.
USPS came by to drop off a package. She looked right st my husband who was on the side of the house hosing off the truck, and rather than leaving it, she put a note in the mailbox that we had to go pick it up. Note said Tried' to deliver "AM". (It is something he gets maybe every couple of months and usually it is just on the porch.) Whatever...
To sum it up:
USPS briefly tried to restrict contractors’ use of certain non-domiciled CDL drivers earlier this year. It was a USPS contracting policy, not a DOT or FMCSA rule, and it failed fast because it disrupted mail delivery. USPS walked it back. That’s all documented and public.
There is no nationwide DOT or FMCSA ban on non-domiciled CDLs in effect, no executive order quietly doing this, and no secret January 1, 2026 cutoff hiding in the shadows. If that existed, it would be in the Federal Register, in court dockets, and all over industry compliance bulletins. It isn’t.
Get all illegals away from/out of driving the big rigs. I imagine the Commies/Dems will tell us that Americans don't want to do those jobs.
We need to get back to a wage younger people can earn money at in part time jobs; they don't need living wages for their part time effort.
I can bet you Americans want those work. I am working with them right now. They do everything. They are not lazy. The southerners are really hard working. Don't mentioned the west coast trust fund babies.
Americans were, and still are, hard working people. I am always amazed at the ingenuity of the American citizen.
And no, I haven't heard the west coast saying that-not surprising to me.
All these small wins keep adding up.
NCSWIC
Exactly. Every cabinet secretary is slicing and dicing. At the monthly cabinet meeting you better have some progress to talk about.
Amen.
Hello Brain can you explain me this? What does this mean? No more illegals driving for USPS?
Next year, that is.
Yes, if this is true.

Working for USPS should require a Secret Security Clearance.
At the very least, a USPS worker should have to be a US citizen.
All government workers should be required to be a 2nd generation US Citizen.
ALL of them.
That makes too much sense, sort of like requiring citizenship, and security clearance for Senate I/T (Wexler) Staff i.e. the Awan Brothers.
kek. Nobody with integrity enough to have SSC would work there. Yea I despise the USPS. It's a pet peeve of mine and idk why.
Yeah.
I agreed but they hired you quickly.

UPS shouldn't be putting things in your box.
No. Never heard of it. Oh wow.
What type of research are you wanting, exactly?
Here's what I can tell you. This whistle-blower is either not keeping up with the news, or this is recycled old news (yeah, shocking, I know).
This has already been made public. Months ago. You can read all about what happened here:

Is this the same USPS that helped Biden steal the election?
Of course
Thanks be to God.
Amen. Just hope everyone else will do the same.
Why not effective immediately
They need to give the trucking companies time to weed them out and replace them with American drivers.
Otherwise the postmaster will be transporting mail in her Escalade.
That deserves a meme in your Sunday Funnies Fester!

I am sure Americans will do all kinds of work to make money.
Have you heard 'bout people in the west coat saying it' too low for the Americans so give to Hispanics?
Nothing like this here in the south. People are hard working and I respect them a lot (young and old). Great wonderful people.
Americans were, and still are, hard working people. I am always amazed at the ingenuity of the American citizen. And no, I haven't heard the west coast saying that-not surprising to me.
I still have family members who believe that. LOL
So much for the sanctity of the mail they always sputed. Letting untrustworthy foreigners move our mail?
Even the residences could not be trusted. Let alone foreigners.
Correct, illegals stealing our mail which never happened before. Now we have jewels in our country (bummer)
You can get a mailbox that look like a permanent address also. Like you said, it's citizenship, not address.
Mail management places and virtual mailboxes. It's what expats, full time RVers, full time boat cruisers, etc... do.
Here's a couple examples.
