It is the duty of every citizen to make sure the election is secure and when evidence is shown that there was fraud, it our duty to question the legitimacy of that election AND make sure it does not happen again! Fraud vitiates all of it!
So… if a prosecutor brings a case to trial, and loses, then that prosecutor could be guilty of fraud, and his statements aren’t protected because they were not supported by a guilty verdict?
Meaning… that losing a case could open a prosecutor up to charges of fraud, perjury, etc?
