Are they Venezuelan or American? Just wondering. I hate to be that guy but if they are now American citizens, shouldn’t they be waving the American flag? If they love their other country so much now, should they go back? I just don’t see how this is much different than waving another counties flag, in America, again. Ukraine. Mexico. Venezuela. Some other sand country. Why can’t America be celebrated by “foreigners”? Why can’t Americas flag be waved in victory? Why is always another counties flag? Is it just me?
Had a Venezuelan roommate years ago, he came over with his brother as a young teenager while Bush was setting up shop in Venezuela for the CIA drug racket. His father spent lots of money and effort to get them an American education and keep them from being recruited by the Venezuelan military. They're college educated Americans with a family now. No different than Vietnamese youth who caught a ride with the military back to the USA.
Somalians, Haitians, Muslims and many more are here to destroy America but there are some immigrants who want better opportunities and love this country more than some who were born here. Some of the ones waving flags will probably go back, my buddy and his brother will stay since they legally came here and built honorable lives.
My old roommate would help me out in a heartbeat if I asked. This "deport them all" attitude is as stupid as the libtards "let them all in" attitude. My friend is an architect, his brother is a professor... my foster brother was an anchor baby who graduated valedictorian and received a full ride scholarship to the second most prestigious engineering school in America. His cheating girlfriend said her baby was his and he continued to raise her even after he found out she wasn't his daughter. Pretty honorable American despite having Mexican parents, unfortunately he was killed by a drunk driver his junior year in college by an illegal Mexican.
There's also the Mexicans around me leaching off section 8, welfare and food-stamps that need thrown out. It's not black and white.
But the reality is, they haven't really been read into the zeitgeist of what it means to be an American and what's expected of you.
Who would do this? The school system? Pfft....ESL classes?
So take the love you have for your old life with family in the old country - and be happy about the corruption being rooted out and then add wishy-washy, low level American patriotism (taught to them by liberal cunts) and there you go...
To all those bashing the Venezuelan flags being flown, I expect many of those people, or their families, were legitimate refugees who had to flee their nation, possibly for their own survival. America just liberated their home country. As natives, or descendants thereof, of the just liberated country, I think they have every right to fly the flag of their homeland out of joy for what happened.

Being a west coast city there was always a high Asian population but many of these people went to Church and wanted to do American things like celebrate the 4th of July and go to Football and Baseball games.

My neighbor Min had his entire family killed in Vietnam. 14 year old orphan who caught a military flight home at the end of the war ended up getting an education and was a great neighbor. Decorated his house at Christmas and invited everyone over for 4th of July barbecues. He loves America, I'd hate to see his 70 year old ass deported after almost 60 years of being a patriotic beneficial member of society.
