So indict them. What’s the holdup? Why are we working so hard to convict them in the court of public opinion? It seems to me judges could cite that as a reason they wouldn’t be able to get a fair trial. If you put all the evidence you have out there and let the public debate it before a jury gets to look at it without political preconceptions about it, aren’t you risking that? In capital crimes you literally only need one juror to hold out with a not guilty vote to kill the case. Maybe that’s the goal? Get a judge to say the only way they get a fair trial is via military tribunal?
The satisfaction of their destruction is ours to take. I believe the trump team will get justice. Their own lives and the lives of their families depend on it.
