Hey out of curiosity, it seem like I do any good connections on this sort of stuff? I feel like there’s definitely people here better than me at it but I do ok, especially for an amateur kek. Just wondering.
I’m not gonna dismiss it as fake. The painter isn’t very skilled, just kinda passable, leaning more toward “folk” or “outsider” art that celebrates flaw over classical realism. The figure seems mostly flat and lacking detail, proportions and perspective seem a bit “off.” All of that tracks with the other two examples.
Almost looks like it is imitating a police motorcycle helmet.
As in a killed police officer and his helmet being burned as a trophy or some sort of messaging about the African warlord having defeated the white American stereotypical police officer or something.

I find it hard to believe the same artist did all three paintings. The ones of Bush and Clinton were realistic. The one of Obama had another person's body, and the arms are extra long monkey arms, way longer than normal. I guess the artist was having a bad day.
