I'm hearing a rumor that Russia is claiming that 500 US troops have been killed in an attack on the US base in Bahrain. Anyone else hearing that, or is it propaganda?

If the report is true, then all Iranian military facilities will be obliterated including the air force and navy facilities. Trump already said as much.

That was my thought exactly. I posted it because it was the only report I found of the supposed event.
I don’t think we know anything at this point. The silent war continues and everything said to the public is optics. Only way to know for sure is to hear it from someone there and/or see the footage

It is possible, because it was a hotel. The troops were withdrawn from the base and housed in the hotel for some reason.
I won't post links because I believe them to be peddling multiple propaganda sites from IRGC, RUSSIA, AND CCP, but there are a few YT channels all peddling this story as well as a story that one of the carriers was also hit and is disabled. And ALL of them are using the same b.s. sources as well as supposed IRGC, Russia, and CCP supporting YT shill channels, too.
It "could" be true, but we know we're hitting missile silos and mobile launch sites at will, while also targeting senior leadership and their successors, and we also know we have successfully jammed Iranian radar sites, and have successfully hacked into Iranian State TV, so this is most likely IRGC face saving propo.
