The clip provided above has nothing but Massie in a brief self- insult which has no bearing on the assertion.
With this being such a short clip and AI being used so much I cannot honestly tell if this is a real clip. Would be nice to have some context or to see more of the video.

I've been working all morning and at first glance there was not a lot to go with and AI has really been used a lot recently making us have to dig into more stuff and sometimes I just don't have the time to dig with work and family.
Thomas Massie is the ONLY elected representative to have a near perfect voting record in full compliance with the Constitution for every year he has been in office. He deserves respect, not derision.
If that puts him at odds with POTUS on occasion, then perhaps you should be looking at who is on the right side of the Constitution in any specific action.
