They are not being paid as much as they are Frito Banditos. But I understand that patience is an uncommon virtue.
"As of October 27, 2025, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported over 527,000 formal deportations and approximately 1.6 million voluntary self-departures,"
She has a case NOW! Maybè she should have made those appointments, eh? Somebody tell her she was detained for not following the law and doing what she's supposed to do to stay here.
Even if I don't agree with the individuals political views, or social views, if they marry a us citizen, make EVERY appointment & qualify during those immigration interviews, they should be given citizenship.
Sounds like this clown fooled around & found out.
My ex wife & I were adamant that we make it to every single appointment at least 30 minutes early so there were no possible issues via traffic or any other problem we didn't forsee. It was made clear from day one that immigration didn't mess around & a single problem on our end could split us up. Glad they decided to "go home", as God put an amazing woman in my life & is the best blessing I never deserved.
Ultimately don't mess around with those immigration appointments.
Totally. But the INS engages in a lot of bureaucratic trickery as well. They routinely "lose" files, cancel appointments, etc. I don't know the details of this case, but it should hammer home that point about keeping appointments for anyone paying attention, which is good.
I'll be there's more to this story than we are being told. There's something about to be exposed here. It just feels like they wouldn't have simply gone after her if it was just missed appointments. I'm guessing (pure speculation) she has connections to some nefarious stuff in Columbia.
Maybe, my ex wife is neighbor from the North & was here on a student visa. We were told that if we missed a single appointment she would be sent back & I could choose to follow her if I wanted. I figured it was scare tactics at the time as a younger guy. We made every appointment at least 30 minutes early to make sure there were zero issues until the day she decided that America wasn't where she wanted to be due to health care costs. I wasn't about to leave, so we parted amicably.
Ultimately it was made clear, if she missed an appointment, she was going home. This was almost 25 years ago.
Rents are high in Nashville, clean house Ice, I don't care if Uber and Lyft charge me more or Amazon takes longer to deliver... We pay 1,800 in a beat up old building. It's loaded with H1-B holders, get them out!
She at least had insider information that missed appointments won't mean for her what it means for others. As a journalist, one would assume some level of intelligence, at least enough to know that those appointments matter. That level of arrogance surely has a foundation.
Well... she's not really a "Nashville" reporter if she's in the country illegally now is she 🫠
AND THAT DOES'T GET THE FEDERALES TO COME AND GET HER??????? Who is paying off the FEDERALES????? eh!!!!

Federal Judge: “she must be released at once”… DOJ: “uh your honor, SCOTUS just said 9-0 this isnt your jurisdiction…so…🖕
Immigrant learns a "democracy" has rules ...who knew freedom isn't free?

She has no legal rights under our constitution period. She's not a US citizen.
Yup, bye Felicia
I get so tired of saying that.
Boy I’m going to miss her. 🙄
send her to Libya
Send her back, her lawyer can use zoom.
Would have gained huge bonus points for arresting her while live on air reporting…on some illegals story…
Where is she from that she needs asylum?
She's from Colombia. Came here on a tourist visa and stayed. Then she married a US citizen.
Tourist visa doesn't exactly shout "I need asylum", does it?
No. It shouts "I want to go to the U.S. without getting a regular visa!"
Kek! I stand corrected 😁

A bit confusing.

Good
