Yes, I still have my FB account & as Q told us never to leave the battlefield I still try to make some points now & then. My old friends are deeply on the left & some seem to be extremely & almost belligerently so.
I usually post to a selective audience where I exclude some (30 or 40) who I sense are shills or what not, but occasionally post to all. 1st of all, when I post to all I get a LOT more replies (so those 30 or 40 accounts somehow trigger many more responses from my other 1000 to 2000 FB friends -That sounds like a FB bias in itself but there's something more blatant)
I have an old friend deeply on the left who has quite an exposure in the world, leads workshops & etc. I've seen her lead crowds of several 100's (in person) etc etc. We were just engaged in a debate on a thread I posted. I took care to carefully craft each of my replies to try to reach her - long story) Luckily she replied to the 1st of my well thought out replies but I noted that my reply was - somehow - already deleted from the subthread. (It's still not there - I have refreshed several times but luckily she must have seen it before it was gone & replied anyways.) Again, I took my time to make a well crafted reply but this time I saved it just in case. I checked back later AND THIS SECOND REPLY WAS ALSO ALREADY GONE!!!! Since I had saved it I reposed it, no problem & she replied again. Next time, before I replied, I changed the audience to take those 30 or 40 shill names out and lo & behold my 3rd reply is still there! It's been almost a day now.
So I am assuming that FB gives some people a priority sort of access where they can delete things on other people accounts & I would bet that they watch the high profile types of people (like my friend) to make sure they stay brainwashed as long as possible. I just want to report this because, many of us think that the while hats watch this site & I also have the sense that Zuckerberg promised Trump that he wouldn't put his finger on the scale anymore but I am here to tell you that someone is. I can't say it's Zuckerberg himself but he has the power to find out & to stop it.

I find that many of my posts are shadow banned. No likes and no responses, yet they still show as there on my posts.

I use ASCII characters on my sensitive FB posts, comments and Messenger chats.

If you are using a phone, hold down your "e" key and several options should pop up. Same for the other letters.

Chances are your friend and her friends "report" your reply ... Happens to me all of the time. The threshold for the number of "reports" to get your post or reply pulled is pretty low.

I figured it wasn't so much a FB thing as a shill reporting thing & some "woke" employee deciding to delete it.
Not saying FB is, or is not, wilfully supportive of it. Though you can easily have a handful of employees that delete posts made to high profile accounts that may awaken masses/leftists to the awful state of our situation.
Since Google is/has integrated Gemini with Gmail, confirm email conversations with the person you're speaking with.
At some point I expect AI will be a kind of Man-in-the-middle during email conversations and make each person believe they're talking directly with each other, but the AI is filtering and tweaking the thread just enough that neither reach a consensus.
If you care enough about the person, speak in person.
I guess I admire your being on Fakebook to do what? Keep your finger on the pulse of the normies? I used myspace for promotion of my band a million years ago. It was fun and a great tool. I tried Fakebook briefly as a personal page. It was bad. I lasted about a year. I deleted and it's been a lot better ever since.
How do you get more than 100 FB "friends"? Do you just accept every friend request regardless of who they are? (if you post as an anonymous account and just want to increase the "friends", I could understand)

Lifelog was supposedly ended right before Facebook came online. DARPA created Lifelog. It and FB do exactly what the original name indicates. The build out your web of friends and acquaintances so that they can track you.
They are also still shadow banning posts. They are one battlefield, and you can get messages out but they are doing their damned best to keep the spread down. Everyone of those involved should do some prison time, or bet yet just get stomped into the ground.

Facebook is crooked as hell, but I think the difference in reach is how the algorithm responds to ”show to only selected friends” and ”show to all”.
A way to get around this is to block the 30-40 no gooders from seeing your posts, and then just post to all.
You can stay in the battle without FB try the comments section on you tube. Or even reddit,if you pick the right places. X IS also much better.
Since 2024 I have not been banned, and my posts get attention with likes and comments. I did get a message about a month ago that said I had posted something pornographic. My family, children, and grandchildren are on the FB account. I immediately put in an appeal, and within 2 minutes, I got an apology that the system had a glitch.
