That would be gloriously appropriate. It's certainly been long-awaited.
I like the idea, but sounds like it could play right into the hand of the commies … unless hard proof is shown to justify it.

Does anyone know if this affects podcasters also? Sounds like it should. If so, buckle up.
No. This effects broadcasters using public airwaves that they have paid license fees to use. Broadcasting Licenses. Podcasters, or even us here, pay no license fees to the govt and don't have to abide by the FCC rules for licensees.
Honestly I'm not even sure this would apply to CNN or MSNOW. CNN is under Warner Brothers/Discovery - not a broadcast network. MSNOW was spun off with other cable networks from NBC into Versant - also not a broadcast network.
Fox News seems to be at risk though. When News Corp spun a bunch of stuff off they created Fox Corporation. That includes Fox Broadcasting (licensed) and Fox News, among others. Seems like they made a mistake...
I think this was planned by the deep state to ensure their propaganda networks couldn't be shut down by putting pressure on their broadcast parents. I wonder if anyone else has figured this out yet? I haven't seen this angle anywhere.
