When you clean the voter rolls and look at how many of the “cleaned” voted in 2020, you quickly get over 100% of registered voters supposedly voted.
Wayne County (Detroit) regularly has more votes than voters....or even people in the County.
Dekalb County (Illinois) is the same. More votes than voters.
