Why is it that Congress can be told what to do by the other two branches, the Executive can be told what to do by the other two branches, but somehow the Judicial branch is the final word on everything? And this isn't even the Supreme Court trying to be the Commander in Chief, it's some inferior court.
Rulings like this need to be ignored, the judges told they have no standing, and if they want to appeal the decision of the Executive, let them go right ahead.

Would somebody please explain why even contractors cannot use Anthropic? Trump’s order was…strange to me. Not every use of AI is for real time battlefield stuff. A contractor might want to just write code with the AI. Claude is currently the top coding AI product. Unless you’re writing code for mass surveillance and unsupervised autonomous AI missile strikes, I don’t see why the broad ban. Most contractors are not coding those two things.
And seriously, I would hope we are all against mass surveillance here? And AIs hallucinating target matches and deciding to kill an innocent? I understand the desire to have an unbiased AI on the live battlefield so that it does not wrongly refuse to do tasks soldiers need. If they don’t want to use the product in those cases, fine. But to mass ban the product for other uses, even for defense contractors, is very disturbing.
And BTW, OpenAI is extremely “woke”.

President Trump is the supreme commander of the military, not a district court judge. Trump has the right to say which military systems will be utilized and which will be tossed into a garbage can. Judge Lin has been told by her overlords to slow down Trump in any fashion she can. I say Trump should ignore her decision and keep plugging away. If she doesn't like that decision she can go to stand in front of the White House and tell him to stop. (Oh, and don't forget to bring your rainbow flag)
What will she do to force Trump to bring back Anthropic? Not one darn thing. Who will she turn to for help? The DOJ? Hmm...who runs the DOJ? Trump.

The argument was that military needs an unbiased Ai to assist troops in the battle field. Put anthropics restrictions on AI , vs. it being unbiased is the arguement. DOW stated that a biased AI can lead to poor decisions on the battlefield putting the lives of soldiers at risk due to hesitation or refusal of process.
These people were put in place JUST to block any attempt of saving the Republic. I will be glad when we can have these judges tried by Tribunal for their treasonous actions!

What if every time some no-name loser judge "blocked" Trump, he simply declared himself unblocked, and kept right on going just as before? What if there was some pushback? Some defiance? Just do the right thing regardless.
