Steve Truley has a great YT video on this redistricting vote. He also goes deep into a possible Presidential Executive Order that will suck a vast majority of liberal votes in Virginia away from the dems. The federal government will be taking back some Virginia land that was ceded to the District of Columbia in 1845 and later the state took it back. According to the Constitution, once a state gives away land to the federal government it cannot be given back. Trump wants that land back and he has lawful rulings to help him out. Virginia is fixing to see a monumental shift to the right if Trump gets his way.
Hallelujah 🙏 Maybe the tide is turning in our direction. Election stolen yesterday and immediate PUSHBACK and some court proceedings... BLOCKING INJUNCTIONS to start. That VA governor needs ARRESTING!
The problem I see here is: This <judge> says "nuhuh" to a Trump Admin initiative, and that <judge> says "nuhuh" to a Democrat initiative. Too many judges interfering all over the place.
It feels great to have <what looks like> a win like this current one, but overall, the whole judicial systems seems pretty darn screwed up. Too much intervention and politicization instead of simply and impartially interpreting the law. Too much "us vs them" instead of "The constitution and the Law, impartially".
Understood cautionary relief... Bad actors are emplaced in the courts for appeals and (imo) we already have a compromised Supreme Court; one idiot, non-Constitionally aligned person on the Court is bad, but we have several too many.
Now go after the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC).

Are you suggesting Lawfare goes both ways ?
Sounds like fun to me.
SAVE ALL of the in-person paper ballots!
SAVE ALL OF THE MAIL-IN BALLOTS!
Eat it, Skankenburger!
Your plot to hand the Dems a solid blue state just got foiled!
Eh, let's wait and see if the SCOVA caves to Dems before celebrating.

I wonder if that's why VA democrats tried creating new districts along the Potomac (I think that's what they did, I didn't follow too closely).
Steve Turley is my favorite normie commentator.
I've just found him a few weeks ago. Only tuned in a few times, but so far, I like what I hear.
This feels like a trap they walked into.
They just can't understand why the cheese is free.

BREAKING: Virginia Court Strikes Down Democrat Gerrymander Referendum as UNCONSTITUTIONAL, Judge Blocks Vote Certification and Issues Injunction
How the mighty have fallen! I think the Dem only had 24 hours of rejoicing.
Be prepared for the Virginia Supreme Court to overrule.
Then, be prepared for the SCOTUS to take a look.

Meanwhile in DNCville
Ohhhhh....
Yeahhhhh!!!!
