Pretty much everyone around me has died (and taking care of all of their assets), and I am dealing with TWO DIFFERENT metastatic cancers trying to kill me (not to mention all that "modern medicine" implies), and seizures that are BRUTAL from three brain surgeries. If I survive, I will get more out, though first I have to deal with the legal system and my brother's murder (murdered by a special forces psychopath who had just tried to murder me right before). Then I have to deal with issues with a trust...
