"With tears in my eyes, I swear to you on all that is holy that this protocol WILL NEVER WORK if you don't follow the food competition rules."
• OPTION #1:
4000mg L-lysine/ day total, taken in (2 separate) 2000mg doses on empty stomach or w/ a bit of juice/toast/carbs.
NO protein for a minimum 2 hrs before AND 1 hr after Lysine doses.
L-lysine absorption is impaired by protein. (Via amino competition).
4000mg Vitamin C/ day total, taken in (2 separate) 2000mg doses on empty stomach or w/ protein meal.
NO Carbs for minimum 2 hrs before AND 1 hr after Vitamin C doses.
Vitamin C absorption is impaired by carbs. (Via glucose competition).
OR YOU CAN TAKE THEM TOGETHER:
• OPTION #2:
2000mg Vitamin C and 2000mg Lysine TOGETHER on a COMPLETELY empty stomach (zero food, only water for minimum 2 hrs before AND 1 hr after doses. Longer is better).
Do this twice daily.
So what's the difference between these two options?
For people with sensitive stomachs, the first method allows you to eat a little bit of food with your doses.
For this to work: I CANNOT OVERSTATE ENOUGH HOW CRITICAL IT IS TO AVOID ABSORPTION COMPETITION: Lysine vs Protein & Vit C vs Carbs.
I first posted this year about two years ago. Long story short: my father-in-law had three serious blockages in his arteries, one being about 90% blocked, so they scheduled a heart stent procedure for him.
We pushed the procedure date out to four weeks and I got him on this protocol that I myself designed for him based on what I knew from Linus Pauling's research.
Pauling recommended doses as high as 10,000 mg or more daily. This is very difficult to do.
I did the research and found out what blocks/competes with the absorption of these two supplements, put together a schedule, and gave it to him to follow.
Spoiler: IT WORKED EVEN BETTER THAN I PREDICTED.
Four weeks later he got to the heart stent procedure appointment and they stuck a scope up the artery in his groin all the way up to his heart and found no blockages.
They canceled and sent him home feeling great.
To be clear: the blockages were seen clearly on "scan with contrast".
Before he started the protocol, he couldn't even go for a walk around the block without feeling like he was going to have a heart attack or pass out.
he was feeling significantly better within 7–10 days of starting the protocol.
You can read the full story on how this happened twice a few years apart to him at the link below.
FAQ
Do I need to add any other shit for this to work?
< Robin Williams with heavy Scottish accent>
FUUK NOO! I know this exact method works FAST from firsthand experience. Most people, including my father-in-law saw a noticeable improvement in 7–10 days.
Some have said they saw even better results by adding 1000mg L-Proline.
• I tried this and it didn't work. Yeah, I cheated a little bit on the "no food competition" rule, but I still expected results. What do you recommend?
A lobotomy. 😂
• Can you take BOTH Vit C & Lysine together?
YES - but ONLY on an empty stomach (Only water 2hrs before/1hr after MINIMUM)
• Does Vit C & Lysine compete with EACHOTHER?
NO. I recommend taking them both together.
• How long should you do this for?
4-6 weeks. Bare minimum 2 weeks.
• What if a start feeling sick/exhausted?
You could be having a Herxheimer reaction from whatever infection vitamin C is killing inside your body. In this case, lower the vitamin C doses to 500mg and slowly work your way back up.
• Will this lower my blood pressure?
It lowered my FIL's to normal levels and u/PopcornTastesGood said it lowered his significantly in 1.5 weeks.
• Does this interfere with medication(s)?
Possibly some. Google it.
• Google says vitamin C interferes with my medication. Can I still do this?
Maybe. Ask your doctor if there's a loophole.
• Will this work for jab-related blockages?
I don't know... what do you have to lose?
• Will this lower my cholesterol?
Probably. It lowered my father-in-law's.
• What if I'm fasting?
That makes it easy. You can take them together
• Can I take more/less?
These are the doses I know work. You can safely double the dose.
• Any side effects?
Upset stomach from Vit C. Maybe diarrhea the first few days. A hard boiled egg or couple slices of deli meat is recommended with Vit C.
• Is the schedule flexible?
Yes but the "2hrs before/1 hour after" rule is NOT
• What type of vitamin C/lysine should I buy?
Lysine and L-lysine are the same thing. It is a constituent of protein, naturally occurring and cheap.
Use Capsules, NOT hard-pressed pills for best absorption.
NO time release/buffered Vitamin C.
I use SOLGAR L-Lysine 500mg capsules
and SOLGAR Vitamin C 500mg capsules.
The brand is not important and I'm not here to sell supplements.

All of the above Anons reported noticeable results after trying the protocol.

Awesome!!!
Avoiding absorption competition is critical, I've seen this with NAC for years. Great advice.
Which NAC (cystine or choline) or both? And which foods should be avoided?
Cysteine NAC and recently SAMe too. Most of it is just taking it on an empty stomach, you eliminate competition since there isn't any.
Yeah when I first tried it, helped with HBP and I've been meaning to do another round (cause Lord knows I ain't been living clean) but haven't gotten around to it. Didn't know you can do both together, good to know, will take this as a sign to do so.
I should do an arterial scan before and after too... You know, for science
