I don't know that much about this but I don't think presidential pardons cover crimes charged under a Conspiracy. If Trump legal goes after Obama, Biden, Nuland, McCord, Fauci, and all those that played into the grand conspiracy, pardons do not apply.

I recently watched an anime where the final twist is that the main villain had been writing everything with an autopen.
