• Congress passed the Authorization of the Use of Military force on September 14, 2001, which means we are still in a state of war.

• There is a body of law called the Law of Armed Conflict that is separate from basic criminal law. The Law of Armed Conflict is still active since the US is still in a state of war.

• An American citizen's constitutional rights still apply to them overseas, but to an extent. Johnson vs Reibenstrater established that American citizens who collaborate with the enemy are sometimes considered ENEMY COMBATANTS.

• Kavanah on Americans as enemy combatants: "They can be. They're sometimes criminally prosecuted, sometimes treated in the military system."

• Graham establishes that in WW2, American saboteurs who collaborated with the Nazis were tried through military tribunals, and a couple of them were executed.

• Graham: "The bottom line is: On every American citizen, you have constitutional rights but you do not have constitutional rights to collaborate with the enemy. There's a body of law well-developed long before 9/11 that understood the difference between basic criminal law and the Law of Armed Conflict."'

That last point activates the powers in the Law of War manual.

Now consider that McCain, McConnell, and Graham all had military backgrounds, and are therefore subject to tribunals at any given moment if they collaborate with the enemy while we are in a state of war. Think of McCain assisting ISIS (which is also why Obama will claim Kenyan citizenship). Being former military, they can be secretly scooped up and tried at any given moment. If they were never military, they would likely be subject to a public tribunal, which is not what white hats wants at this time.

The question now is: Was Graham whacked on Saturday July 11 by the cabal, or was he secretly picked up and expeditiously tried by white hats?

Evidence of it being a cabal operation: If this was truly a heart attack, that happens to be the CIA's favorite method of whacking a target (think Scalia and Breitbart). Also, in Graham's exchange with Kavanah on national TV, he drew attention to military tribunals and enemy combatants, and even justified the process. This seems counterintuitive if Graham himself were to be subject to that tribunal process.

Evidence of it being a white hat operation: Graham's past RINO history, and his death occurring during a critical time when his vacancy can be strategically filled by a MAGA-aligned congressman. He was also returning from one of his many trips to Ukraine, the home base of cabal organized crime.

I'm leaning toward a white-hat op because the timing overwhelmingly favors Trump.
