Illegals shouldn’t be authorized to open bank accounts. Those that already have them should retrieve their funds before a certain date or the government should seize their funds. Banks that allow, or do not check for illegal status should be fined. Congress: make it happen NOW.

Individual account holders (the illegals) won't notice or care. It'll only matter if the bank goes under. The banks will be happy because they'll have accounts that don't incur FDIC fees.
Treasury is already working in other ways to get rid of the accounts.
