Good. I followed Andrew for a little bit to see what he was really about for myself. Didn’t get any good vibes from him.
Monroe County Tennessee a man is arrested and dies in police custody tied up to a chair and has a hood over his head.
I understand this is small compared to much of what is going on the USA, but this is a very foundational thing. A police officer flips off the security camera during this.
there is so much more to this story than many might see on the surface but we can only see that a former Pastor who was having a stroke was then tortured and murdered... the deeper to me might consider this was a satanitic ritual done to a Christian and done with the government and the Police Chief part of it.
Many say why nothing is ever done and yet much is always done but we refuse to see these facts in the USA. They get disguised as something else and every now and then one gets caught like this one.
So is the Former Pastor really getting what he reaped, was he a child pedo and this was retribution or was this a modern day ritual of satanism?
What is very obvious is this was not an accident. It even has a medical nurse allowing this and the Sheriff who is elected by the people (allegedly) saying it was the man who died on security camera being tortured's fault and essentially his guys are once again victims.
I understand this is not geo politics but really it is. It is something that needs way more attention and happens more often in the USA and these are also the same people who are supposed to arrest some of these people we want arrested. No wonder Trump will put LEO's front and center.. they are essentially inverted in many parts of the USA like this one.

We had a huge storm in Arizona last week. One of our trees is about to fall over so we had to have somebody remove it. Planned to have a guy come out next week and he said he would do it for $400. Turns out the guys that did our Palm Trees today only charges $100 to remove the tree. We got three palm trees trimmed and a tree removed for $325. I would say that’s a huge blessing. God is good. 🙏📖
That's great! I lived in Phoenix and also in Flagstaff in my younger days. I loved the palm trees of Phoenix and I loved the Aspen trees of Flagstaff. I'm glad are safe from the storm, but sad you lost your tree. It's great you were able to find a reasonable removal service.

Has anyone had their gallbladder removed and eat mostly animal based? I’m curious how you handle eating animal fat or any fat. I can’t find much info on the subject especially if you are on a carnivore diet. I have been carnivore up until several months ago and eating anything with fat makes me extremely nausea. I’m reading that most do fine but have to eat once a day to avoid running to the bathroom. I’m having gallbladder removed July 29th. I’m praying I don’t have a problem transitioning back to carnivore or at least keto. My daughter had hers removed several years ago and she doesn’t have any problems. Hopefully I won’t either. I don’t wish this on anyone. I rarely have pain just constant nausea. If you have been through this regardless of what you eat, I’d love to hear your tips and experiences. Thanks
I had my gallbladder removed, and haven’t had any problems with my diet. However; I’m eating low-carb, not keto, but I eat a lot of meat, cheeses, eggs, etc.. I also eat a lot of fruit, fruits and vegetables. I just try to avoid processed foods. I think you’ll be fine. Also I believe there’s some type of enzyme that they recommend you take that helps to process that, so look into that enzyme. I don’t know the name of it. Personally, I haven’t had to take any enzymes. I’ve changed my eating habits completely and lost 35 pounds over the last year. I use an app to keep track of my food, so I know what I’m eating every day. Feeling very healthy. I’ll be praying for your gallbladder removal to be quick and easy. Also remember to follow the guidelines for recovery. I didn’t, and I ended up getting a hernia near my navel where they do the laparoscopic incision. Repairing the hernia was more painful than the actual gallbladder removal. 🤣
I’m glad you have been successful with the gallbladder removal. I think it’s very common these days. I appreciate your tips. I originally lost about 40 pounds on carnivore. My husband lost 50 and has maintained. Then we got slack eating whatever on the weekends. I owe it to myself to do strict carnivore 30-90 days to see if the pain goes away. So many people are healing from it & keto. I’d never do keto, I’m just not that organized to keep up with the carbs. I’m so ready to get on with life. The nausea has been worse than anything I’ve experienced. I love fruit and when I eat other than mangoes I eat what’s in season local. I can promise you I’ll always eat fresh tomatoes and fried green tomatoes. Other vegetables I can do with out. I’m sorry you went through that hernia. My husband had vasectomy a long time ago and he decided to get outside and do “man” jobs outside. He found out why they said rest. We already have made arrangements for the other grandparent, mom & dad to keep my grandchildren. My husband’s schedule is flexible and can be here after I heal & help lifting the baby. I’ll check into that enzyme, I watch a lot of awake doctors on YouTube. I’m hoping since my daughter, cousin and papa didn’t have problems I won’t. The standard southern diet can have a lot of fat. I knew I had a problem when BBQ (pig) made me sick. It’s an eastern nc & southern thing. In my area only seasoned with apple cider vinegar and crushed red peppers. Then when the boiled egg put me down for a day I got an appointment with the doctor. If I were in Hawaii like you I’d be eating fruit for sure. Pineapple gives me blisters in my mouth. I took valtrex months before I went and ate pineapple everyday. Stay cool I can’t imagine how hot it is in AZ, it’s brutal here.
had a lot of stress from family & environment, had a gallbladder infection after being on NAC as recommended by my doctor in 2019. NAC can set off issues that are already pre-existing in a gallbladder so it’s not the NAC’s fault, that’s just an aside. Anyways, I had strong pain and got a tube placed in me with a bag to drain the gallbladder from the infection After about two weeks when I was ready to go in for the surgery, I accidentally looped the tube that led to the bag, looping it around a machine tool handle I was leaning over, and pulled the tube out. So I went into the hospital, asking them: OK what are you gonna do now? They said, I’ll be fine, sent me home It will close up real fast. There was no bleeding. I had no pain no worries.
Did I really want my gallbladder out? Not really, so I went for a consultation with an independent surgeon who had removed like 6000 gallbladders and done like 7000 other surgeries, & he told me he had no problem at all if I kept my gallbladder - it was shriveled and closed off, and no significant risk of cancer or anything if I kept it. Six years later, I’m all right, after having done, sort of my own surgical procedure of removing the tube myself by accident!
So for diet, I am not carnivore, but I like free range eggs, on occasion, a burger from grass fed cows, I love, salmon and sometimes eat sardines.
For me, the issue would be with the animal fats. I’ve been slack this year and have not been getting the ox bile salts supplement that would help digest the animal fats.

Wow you certainly had a unique experience with the gallbladder. I’m glad you recovered well. I’m fairly certain eating carnivore, animal fats and butter is what got me into this mess. Of course that depends on the “expert” saying what causes gallstones and the gallbladder stops working. The no carb and carnivore doctors say it’s the seed oils and processed foods that cause stones. The non awake doctors say it’s eating animal foods instead of plants. It doesn’t matter to me what caused it. It’s life & I will deal with the cards I’m dealt. One doctor that’s more keto than carnivore says eating keto carnivore animal based speed up the stones. He also says by the time you start having symptoms the gallbladder hasn’t functioned properly in 15 years. Like with you it was the NAC. Sometimes I think doctors are just playing guessing games with us. I started taking NAC several years ago and it threw itching into over drive. I already had an itching hive like skin condition. Now I think it’s from food. It gets better when I’m strick carnivore. Thanks for sharing your story and the well wishes. I’m so glad you are doing well after all that. Blessings to you.
