There are about 592,014 people in the United States with the surname "Walker." Commonality of name does not always entail being related (as I know from my own circumstance). In any case, she could only possibly be related to Bush's mother, not part of the actual Bush bloodline...so, "not a Bush."
She is otherwise described as being the topic of a "death hoax" relating to a supposed event in Frankfurt, Germany (for which there seems to be no supporting evidence). In 2021 she joined the firm of King & Spalding, and, as of 2024, had the title of Senior National Security Advisor. Currently, she cannot be found on the firm's website. (She would be 69, so it is possible she simply retired.)
