I love the government in exile theory being discussed by @SLAG. I watched his interview with Patel Patriot last night. Great stuff.
I agree wholeheartedly with most of it. However, I don't think Trump would count on SCOTUS being our last hope. Especially after what it demonstrated from Nov 3rd, 2020 to Jan 20th, 2021.
With that in the rearview mirror, I don't understand how we could roll the dice on them anymore. Not when the fate of the nation is on the line… But government in exile? Yes.
High military involvement? Yes.
The WWII parallels are terrific.
I have (as many know... of course!) proposed an alternative solution that does not rely on ANY element of the corrupted federal government (that we know of publicly, that is).
It completely bypasses the entire thing.
A solution where the SCOTUS has no say whatever. In fact, this solution would, in effect, tell SCOTUS to sit down and shut up…
The solution is the union of states, having been offered, and having accepted an alternative federal authority (the makeup of which could be in many forms), which has left any D.C. authority entirely out of the loop.
In other words, D.C. has been completely neutered. Any legacy government structure the deep state and the CCP depends on no longer has any authority, even though it might appear to…
But that is only long enough for the appointed federal authority to ready the field for legitimate elections and to rid the country of foreign elements that could sabotage the effort before revealing what reality is…
To state plainly, Trump was able to coordinate with state legislatures to gain 75% ratification for the solution he prepared and offered them in the event the system (including SCOTUS) could not rectify the election fraud.
SCOTUS WAS an option before Jan 20th. It was tested before our eyes. It failed the test, in my opinion, when it rejected the Texas case...
The solution Trump could have offered was:

an alternative federal authority;
-
draft Constitutional changes to legitimately transfer authorities to the alternative authority Trump prepared;
-
a mechanism by which PORTIONS of state legislatures could be clandestinely briefed on the treason and the prepared solution
-
it was turn-key from the state legislators' point of view.
So... this would require little to no effort on state legislators' part...
Trump did ALL the work and implemented it secretly through a mechanism that he controlled and could withhold any knowledge of except those he chose to inform.
I realize many people might think it would be impossible to get so many legislators to agree, let alone, not spill the beans. I disagree.
I think it would be quite feasible. Especially if Trump did all the legwork and all they had to do was nod their heads in astonishment.
He pulled up in a Maserati and said, "get in..."
Here's why it could have happened (we'll go to the how after that):
Given that Trump knew (likely even before 2016) that the uni-party had been fixing elections for a long time, he had war gamed this out, at a minimum after he won in 2016.
With multiple courses of action (COAs) at the ready, he embarked on draining the swamp.
One of those COAs would have been what I'm talking about...
So, I'm not proposing it was cobbled together after the Democrats stole the House in 2018, or after COVID hit (unplanned event) in late 2019, or after the system failed us post Nov 2020.
I'm saying it was one of many potential COAs developed a long time ago and that, as events occurred, some COAs were winnowed out until this one was the only one left standing...
especially after SCOTUS totally failed us post-2020 election…
I think we would all agree, on this forum at least, that no one would know the legal and Constitutional aspects of all the COAs better than Trump.
And I think the COA of "let the system work it out or fail," was one COA that ran its course.
The People had to see the system fail.
Perhaps Trump even hoped it would work, although this final COA is the solution to end ALL elements of the deep state. For a very long time, at least. There will be nothing left…
In fact, there WOULD be nothing legally left even now except a ghost of itself. Everything we're seeing could fit into this theory.
We wouldn't have to worry about what SCOTUS will do anymore.
The swamp wasn't just drained. It was nuked.
It had to be. SCOTUS plainly demonstrated this…
The "why" is that this solution allows, over the next 3-5 years, the gradual, methodical, and complete build-back of the federal government, under the watchful eye of the union of states - the REAL authority and voice of The People.
No more deep state foot-dragging and sabotage of the effort.
They're gone completely. The only thing left is the military, whose leadership can be replaced in an instant. ALL other federal authorities are null and void… This solution relegates the military to its proper place... an instrument of The People, not their savior or master.
How could this have been implemented? I'll write more on that tonight or tomorrow.
But think Executive Orders, and one in particular. EO 13848. And its timing.
It enabled the 2-year information collection effort; the results of which Trump could have sitting in the passenger seat of his Maserati.

Background: I worked on updating an E-6B training system for the US Navy circa 2009-2010 when I worked at Boeing. My part was small yet significant to the overall project. Moreover, it was informative since I didn't know much about this particular aircraft. In other words it was an interesting learning experience, some of which I will recount now.

This particular effort was to add a Digital Flight Data Acquisition Unit (DFDAU) and it's associated updates to the E-6B. The DFDAU isn't the "Black Box" that is typically located in the tail. It is located in the Forward Lower Lobe of the aircraft close to the cockpit. The DFDAU...acquires flight data on the aircraft and sends selected parameters to the Flight Data Recorder (FDR) in the tail.

The airframes were the last 707/C-135 ones built, rolling out of Renton back in the early 90s. Nothing noteworthy except that they have the same CFM-56 engines as the 737 and other late-model E-3s and KC-135Rs. It what is inside that makes all the difference.

The E-6 is a command and communications aircraft that was designed for the Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) mission for the US Navy. Back in the 60s, the US Navy needed a way to communicate with their SSBNs (Boomers) in the event of nuclear war with the Soviet Union. Originally, converted C-130s served this role but when their service life came to an end...in came the E-6A.

The E-6A Hermes could communicate with USN SSBNs. Later, it was upgraded to the E-6B Mercury, which received a glass cockpit like the 737. The bigger change was receiving the communications equipment to launch USAF ICMBs. The E-6B took over the LOOKING GLASS mission from USAF EC-135s circa 1998 and continues to this day.

That means the E-6B has Ultra-Low Frequency radios that can communicate with submerged subs via a 4km antenna. It also has all the necessary equipment to communicate with USAF ICBM sites located on land. That means it has multiple sets of gear that work together. You see where this is going? It gets better...

Not only can it communicate with both ballistic missile launch systems (land and sea-based), it can talk to just about any other military communication system. Think of it as a big flying switchboard that can take calls from almost any radio-based system. This makes it useful not just during a nuclear war, but during operations between various branches of the US military (.gov too?).

The normal operational plan would be for two planes to be up at all times, one over the Atlantic and one over the Pacific. For quite a while though, only one would be flying at a time; slowly orbiting and waiting for a signal nobody wants to receive.

SPECULATION
I think these aircraft are being used to coordinate, gather, and transmit information for ongoing military operations taking place over CONUS. They could also be working with other .gov agencies too but I am less sure of that. Regardless, this mission makes sense in light of the aircraft's capabilities. They probably won't be used for bulk collection and transmission, but for secure short-term missions; it makes sense.

Normally, we would not see these aircraft over land unless they were on their way to their patrol areas over water. Yet, these are not normal times. Their flight paths show this and the fact civilians like us can see that is a bit of a clue. Aircraft can turn off their transponders and/or transmit false data at the flick of a switch. That this information is available is telling. No fear on the part of .mil it seems.

ADDENDUM
A few of the old-timers told me a bit more about the capabilities of the aircraft and its relevance. Back when I was at Boeing the focus was on the GWOT, not thermonuclear war or a shadow WW3 as some have discussed here. The secret sauce in the E-6B is it's ability to communicate with all US (and presumably allied) systems in a secure manner. That's a unique and expensive capability that can come in handy in many different missions.

Since COVID madness started, the response by governments in the USA and Worldwide has been fairly draconian. Lockdown and mandates of all sorts were imposed on citizens with little to no debate. Moreover, the costs and benefits weren't weighed in favor of a One Size Fits None solution.
In other words, a top-down government-imposed over-reaction that ignores their citizens rights.
Tyranny instantiated.
My thought on all this is many (largely left of centre) politicians and bureaucrats saw COVID as a great excuse to impose their will upon an unruly population. In part, it would be punishment for electing the "wrong" candidate and exercising their freedoms.
That had to stop pronto lest they lose more power and control.
So a public health "emergency" was used as a weapon against heretofore free people. It also had the affect of punishing small, family-owned businesses at the expense of larger firms who could afford lobbyists and had friends in high places.
It took a while for many to notice but during 2020, a lot of hard-working people lost everything or had their lives upended. Add to this the physical and mental health consequences of the (largely unnecessary) pandemic responses; the cure was worse than the disease.
Normals started taking notice, it became too evident to ignore.
Then, seeming at random, there was a racially-charged death. It didn't matter what city it was in, it didn't matter what the facts were either (the suspect took 4x the lethal dose of Fentanyl), all that mattered is it was a black man who died in the custody of a white police office.
Made to order.
Riots ensued along with all manner of mayhem, not just in Minneapolis but across the country. Local mayors and other politicians stood by and gave the rioters "space to destroy" in a spasm of violence. Even after that situation burned itself out, there were calls to "defund the police" and other innane proposals.
The result being increased violence during and after a contested election.
All this constitutes abuse of citizenry by governments whose primary responsibility is to protect them and uphold their rights. This is fundamental to our system of government. Yet the government is not performing it's basic duties whether through incompetence or malicious intent. The result is chaos and disorder even though the citizens are PAYING their government servants via taxes.
I see it as tyranny, plain and simple. Bastiat would see it this way too I suspect, authority and law are being misused to served the rulers. Historically, this is dangerous; first to the people being abused but later to the rulers inflicting the abuse.
So what now?
If Constitutional, republican government is not in operation...we have a crisis.
The Hermit brought up the concept of Devolution and what it might entail.
The unusual aircraft movements (especially of ISR types) over the CONUS made me think this is likely.
Treaties like AUKUS moving forward make Devolution appear the most likely explanation.
After all, the people's rights are being nullified by tyrannical leaders. Emergency powers and edicts are replacing the Rule of Law as the guiderails of our society. The likely corruption of critical infrastructure like election systems and the attendant illegitimate results show that such systems are not trustworthy.
Many/most/all of the elected leaders from this past election (and 2018 too?) may well be illegitimate. That is by definition a crisis, one that will have to be remedied. Without correction, government has absolutely no authority...none whatsoever.
According to Patel Patriot, he suspects that Devolution began on December 15th, 2020. As we are now coming up on this date, I want to ask a question to y'all.
If December 15th, 2021 carries any importance, what do you think may occur? Something big?

Like many here, I am intrigued by and hopeful about Devolution. It is complex, and it is not as easy to piece together as I would like, although if it were then the bad guys would understand too much. I, for sure, do not pretend to understand it's depths and complexities, and only track it at a high level.
The essence of my post is this: is there consensus regarding the outcomes of Devolution? It seems like most discussion is hindsight... "See, this proves that we've been witnessing Devolution." But how well are we able to understand where we are headed, especially related to the NWO and a Reset that is ushered in by the cabal?

Andre @[email protected] I do not think that MIL 'chose' Trump in the sense of a coronation. Once it was determined that there was no option save for heading into a Constitutional crisis necessitating a novelty to extract the Republic from the emergency, I'd imagine that a number of prospective candidates for such an unprecedented collaboration were identified, vetted, and ultimately Trump was the one judged most capable of pulling off the role.
Further, and very importantly if this is to be a legal, Constitutional...
