The specific reason I asked this was because I wanted to know if the president, or whoever is acting in the capacity still had specific control of the National Guard and/or The Marines. I believe Q Team mentioned this a few times in a few drops.
The Marines controlled under the COG Plan, yes. On the National Guard (NG), each State has control of their own NG command up to a point. Then the Feds I believe have 1500-2000 on Standby for DC, and I’m not sure the amount they can control nation wide, besides requesting control of each State’s commands. I do know the Feds have a certain amount of NG they can use for border defense, but it also may depend on how many each State lends. And another Anon please add on to or correct me where I’m wrong.

I know things are bad right now with the Resident "in charge" but just imagine how much worse things would be if Killary had been in for 5 years now.
