My guess what’s in those PEADs? It’s the framework for what’s to be done by the MIL, DOJ, POTUS etc in case of foreign interference, and the successful attempt, to insert a sham administration.

All of the staff changes Trump made within a week after Jan 6th: Miller, Ezra, Kash & Tata were all roles directly linked to the parties who would, in the chain of command, be directly responsible for devolution. I didn't take Ratcliff's statement with the weight that it deserved when he said he didn't agree with the IC that there was not foreign election interference. I theorize that the DNI were aware that Jong was going to defect (or maybe he had already and it was only reported it was Feb 2020 and not earlier) and they likely had intel already that China was involved (live OP during Nov 3rd, Germany raid etc.) They KNEW there was foreign election interference and so the 3 letter's, by coming out with a blatantly false denial, were showing that they were compromised actus reus.
If we know how the movie ends, then compromising ourselves is a detriment to the community. So what if they tell the masses there is no support? It changes nothing. So what if they think we're retreating? It changes nothing. So what if they get their made up victory? It changes nothing.
If nothing can stop what is coming, then we need to focus our efforts and energy elsewhere. Of you want to make a difference then start getting involved in local politics. Start making noise at school boards. Start figuring out what reps you are going to support in 2022. Start getting an audit in motion.
Protesting really does not make any real difference. Except in defiance of lockdowns, it really isn't that impactful as getting involved in local government. That is where it counts and that is where we need to be focusing our efforts. Let the babies think they have won. Let them lower their guard. It changes nothing.

Would that mean that the way the Afghanistan withdrawl went down is Trumps fault? or is it the idea that its all just a show and none of it is really happening? Im having trouble piecing it all together in a way to make sense? Im on part 9 of devolution and feeling like I am kinda lost. If the theory of devolution is real and it's actually happening don't you think Patel Patriot would have been told to remove all his information and stop talking about it? Or does the deep state know that it's going on and there's nothing they can do about it?
