Dominion is suing him...
This is my understanding on the matter (I'm no lawyer, but I've seen a bit of legal proceedings in my time).
If he releases the evidence he collected personally, which instigated the suit, he is basically giving up the ability to use the evidence in discovery as a defense for his statements.
If you release evidence publicly, a judge can rule it inadmissible if it has too much public attention. It could sour the ability to put together an unbiased case.
If that happens, other judges would also be able to strike down the same data for the same reasons, based on precedent.
That might be the reason he isn't putting them out there. Dominion is just buying time in court to prevent the data coming out now.
You might say "but he already has publicized his findings."
True, but at this point it's just hear-say. Actually handing out the dirty laundry of Dominion would 100% make it impossible to put together an unbiased case.
Remember the ultimate reason the court system gives when you ask them "but, why do it that way?"

It sucks, but that's just how crooked the court system is.

See that post. Mike promised the “biggest news ever.” He was talking about Tina Peters. Also I have no doubt they have the pcaps.
What’s the deal? I want them verified or discredited, this only works if we have actual proof of foreign interference. I’m not dooming but I’ve been at this for 10 months and want actionable evidence.
Question for anyone that can help me understand ……… if the PCAPS show the fraud, why would there still be the need for a forensic audit? ( they just said this on the symposium) I thought this symposium w/PCAPS was the MOAB of detecting fraud and showing the results.
Packet Captures are just that - captures of raw data packets traveling in cyberspace.
Imagine Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, when the TV boy gets zapped into a million pieces.
The data transfers in compressed packets that read like a pile of lego parts and a script telling you how to reassemble them. The final product file is bulky and hard to ship, so you deconstruct it, squish the parts together and give instructions.
Doing this also allows you to move large files in intermittent spurts so network systems aren't bogged down serving a single request at a time.
Anyone can put up a "net" and collect the packets, if you know what "frequency" they are being sent among the millions of other packets other people are also sending.
That's what they have.
Next comes figuring out the instructions. If you know what you're doing, you got that file in the datastream too, otherwise you're mix-and-matching the pieces until you get lucky and find a pattern, which could LITERALLY take a millennia.
Reassemble it and you can reconstruct the file as it was in TRANSIT. If it is encrypted, you have a few more steps to decrypt it -- that is, unless, the packets were already decrypted with the intent to modify them anyway.
Now comes the crux of the matter:
If you capture when the packets LEAVE and ARRIVE from their destinations, you can see if they have been tampered with during the datastream. How that works is, a middle-man server is sent the real packets and has a pre-programmed code that modifies the packets at the COMPRESSION level. That's not small beans, that's top-tier espionage.
Keep in mind, the fact the packets were collected unencrypted is proof Dominion let it leak on purpose.
This is what the VAST majority of experts are waiting for here. If they get the Packet Captures, they can tell if Lindell actually has packets either going TO China or FROM China. If he has both, then they can prove 100% that China tweaked the packets.
If he has anything other than ACTUAL packets that were intercepted from China (which would require putting together a team ahead of time to set up the "net") this whole thing is a wash.
With the vast quantity of information required to not be dismissed as inauthentic packets outright, there are really only three options:
A. He has the receipts and they are legit.
B. Someone who DOES HAVE ACCESS to the real information feed fed him a line of packets data that was modified to intentionally sabotage Lindell's efforts.
C. He doesn't even have ANY data packets at all and this is all coming out of literally thin air (very unlikely).

Mike Lindell He implies that it was Space Force that recorded the election data (PCAPs) -- but doesn't come right out and say it. Also implies that Trump put the data recording in motion. 3009 counties hacked -- they haven't even exposed yet what the payloads in the PCAPs are (payload is what the data was "doing").
Wisconsin Dr. Frank had been working behind the scenes with the legislature in Wisconsin since April.
Pennsylvania He says that they know WHO was modifying the voter registration database in Pennsylvania leading up to the Nov 3 election.
Michigan 650k legally removed/inactive voters were added back into the registration database by the Michigan SOS 3 weeks before the election. By executive order!
Just had a thought... why is Ron leading us to being able to boot over the network? Most modern computers can do that, actually, if turned on and a central server is there to allow it to do so.
He mentioned something about PCAPs last week, and (to me anyway) sounded like he wanted to discredit them. Then he acted like he had new info. The whistleblower?
Anyway, that leads me to I wonder if the PCAPs are actually the PXE boots (among other things of course), thus providing these booted over the network on election day and/or were using VDI or something similar.
This also leads to questionable encryption... which means the PCAPs may show a lot more data than anyone is thinking they will show.
(My background: I'm technical, but personally haven't used PXE in years nor have I used VDI. I do know and understand the fundamentals of how each work, but not sure on the encryption employed, if any, at each layer. I know what PCAPs are. The only other thing I'm not sure is how much data each uses, so the data Lindell has may be way less than actual data that would be used for such things, meaning this hypothesis may be incorrect.)
