10,000 iu Vit D, 4000-5000mg Vit C, 500mg Quercetin (Hydroxy chlorine equivalent), 25-50mg Zinc, and some good homemade chicken noodle soup, immune support teas with manuka or black seed honey (I also use CBD honey).
