As for your family of four, you're going to need around 360k calories a month. That's assuming you're not going to have to feed the morons that didn't prepare at all. Family and friends you won't be able to say no to. So in reality you need at least half a million calories a month for a rough total of 6 million calories a year. Also don't count on the wild life either. I can assure you of absolute certain of two things: If it gets that bad the local wild life will be decimated by starving families within a few months and the globalist know guys like you are counting on it as a food supply. You think all these diseases hitting the local fauna is natural?

Just a heads up, these can be difficult to grow from seeds. They have to be conditioned in the freezer for more than a month to even have a chance to get them to hatch. Their soil must meet certain pH criteria too, I believe. Just fyi, you need to study up on this one to grow it and from what I can tell, I don't think it's going to be ready be fall when you may need it.
I don't know if it's real but supposedly, all current models can not account for the mass required to keep the galaxies together. As far as I've seen, the math checks out. It's substantial... As in something like 70 or 80% of the mass required to hold galaxies together doesn't seem to be there. So it's either some form of dark matter and dark energy or our models and understanding of reality is completely wrong. Considering the last 6 years, I'm starting to lean towards the second but that's a dangerous path to take.
