As much as I'd love to see 99% of these assholes not get paid. I do have a legal question.
Isn't it illegal to deduct a person's wages without the employee's prior consent, especially if the deduction is a penalty?
I know for myself, as an employer, it is illegal for me to do deduct my employee's wage's in my jurisdiction without prior consent from the employee, each and every time I would like to make a deduction. I also certainly am not allowed to deduct wages as a penalty.
Also, I already know what one of you is going to say. That "These swamp creatures don't care about the law, since they break them all the time" So please spare me that one.
I watched this video several times in slow-mo. I"m not going to surmise what caliber the firearm is chambered in, what type of bullet it was Ball vs Hollowpoint, nor whether it was an actual bullet or a blank.
What I will say, is that I noticed that the firearm does appear to be pointed directly at her.
HOWEVER, to me, it seems the firearm is pointed at her torso rather than her neck.
I know this video is crap, and video angles are inherently deceptive on the eyes, to begin with.
This is just what I noticed, so take that as you will.
