It's like trying to pinpoint a date of an event in your own personal history but have no reliable landmarks. Pretty much impossible to say with 100% accuracy
Because when the gap was 10 cents, gas was a dollar something a gallon. Now its 3 dollars something for cheap gas, and 60 to 90 cents increment each tier. Just ratios I recon.
