Basically it means starlink is internet that doesn't rely on the traditional Internet infrastructure. Say two people have starlink terminals-- they can communicate w each other wherever they are in the world regardless if the cabal censors or pulls the rug out completely from what we know as the traditional internet.

What is hilarious here is that there's actually no room in your tiny little head for you to possibly be wrong.
