I’ve been a long-time listener. Rogan is interesting where lately he’s been skeptical of the 2020 election but thinks “QAnon” is nuts. He’s very open to changing his mind on any topic and it’s been great to see him talk what a shit-show Biden has been, and to see him slowly change to liking Donald Trump more. 3 hour interview with Trump is something I’ve never come close to seeing. Joe’s questions will be bangers, I will not be surprised if there are certain topics he’s asked to avoid though.
With the open indictments and pending trials, most of Rogan's questioned geared toward any of those topics will most likely be off limits. Trump will be able to speak on them in generalities, but he's too smart to fall into a specifics trap laid by Rogan.
It should still be an awesome podcast. And if it sways Rogan in any way toward voting for him, there will be tons of people who will follow him. So it's gonna very interesting to see this happen.

He told Patrick Bet-David from Valuetainment that he was considering having Trump on, was approached by the Trump Team a few years ago, but that scheduling issues between the two prevented it. PBD didn't let up on trying to get Rogan to commit. A lot of people could tell Rogan was leaning toward having Trump on but was still trying to remain his usual skeptical self. So, for me at least, to hear that Rogan is willing to do this isn't much of a surprise.
It'll happen, as long as certain off limits topics are agreed upon. Topics like open investigations against Trump, national security details, etc. Trump's way too smart to fall into any traps that may hinder his chances in the courts. And I'm sure it won't just b DJT sitting with Rogan. Hell probably have his son, Don Jr, or Eric, or one of his lawyers sitting there to deflect anything that might cause an issue.

He even references the part of the building that was hit just so happened to be the exact place where the DOD budget office housed their records
We are fools if we think that those records were not backed up at multiple other sites. However, there may not have been any backup for the people doing the investigation, and were probably sitting quietly at their desks sipping coffee at the moment they were vaporized by the missile that hit.
If true, it would be huge. I have my doubts but I think it would be great for Trump and America in general if Trump could go in depth in an interview with somebody with that much reach and who's willing to be independent and fair

This will be the first time in media history that a regular citizen sits down with an ex-president/future president and has a free form 3 hour conversation. The public is going to expect this type of interview from leaders, and those who chose to do it will have an edge.
