So Katie Hobbs and her minions simply delivered almost 300,000 ballots to Runbeck with no oversight as to where those ballots came from. Pretty damned convenient if cheating is the aim...which it certainly appears to have been.

Why would the CIA still have any documents at all in its possession that implicated it in any way in the JFK assassination? Any such documents would have long been destroyed.
They did it (with the collusion of the Secret Service and others), but there will never be documented proof that they did it. IMO.
Saying somebody threatened you with prison if you didn't certify an obviously fraudulent election is one thing; agreeing to certify the election because of the threat is another thing. That other thing is COWARDICE.
