Lindell : That's correct, everybody. Brannon's right. And Brannon was sitting at a table doing an interview and he heard "Dennis Montgomery" and he wheeled around and he couldn't... because I never told anybody I was going to do this.
Howse : I actually got off the interview. I said to Pete Santilli, "Pete, take over." Because Pete was already interviewing someone and I said, "Pete, I got, I got to go." Because I could not concentrate because I was so shocked by what you were announcing that I was picking up in my ear.
Lindell: So, we're out there and I got the attorneys up there and we announce, and we have all Dennis' affidavits, we got all this stuff up there. And I hit the button on stage, everybody, like Brannon said. We filed, because now I an owner of that software, Brannon. i bought a good portion of it, OK. And we're not going to say how much, the attorneys don't want me to discuss certain things. "Well, just don't say how much you have." The majority, how's that, media, you bad media out there. So, anyway, so, I hit the button. The case has been going on in Nevada. We've even put the case up here before. We said, "Hey! We want this gag order lifted of the 2020 election. We want that data lifted out of there. And I didn't, Brannon, I didn't believe that it would, because it, this gag order goes back 14 years, that it should be included anyway. But we did it right.
So, we put this in everybody and yesterday, OK, I believe it was yesterday, the government... Get ready! Sheryl get your pen ready now, all you journalists out there... the United States Government said, "We... , this data from Dennis Montgomery of the election is good to go. You can show it." I mean it read, I mean... . "But", they said, "the other stuff you can't." There's still restrictions there on the other stuff, for you know (makes hand gestures indicating the 'other stuff' is irrelevant, who cares about the other stuff).
Howse : For National Security reasons.
Lindell : Right. Right. That's what they're saying. This other stuff. Well, what did I want all along? I wanted, I wanted my data. Its the reason I been holding my arm up is going, "Hey! our country's been attacked and everything else. And now they've said, "It all yours, Mike. Show the world."
Howse : So you can now use this in all your lawsuits?
Lindell : All the lawsuits. Everybody can. Now I want to tell everybody, and we have more news. OK. Now, everybody's going, "Now, Mike. When are you going to put this out there now? When are you going to put this out there?" Its going to come. And I want all you journalists out there, you can write your little hit jobs. But this has to go through... two more processes that, according to the lawyers, but now that we know we can do it. So, and, so what we did, this is another important thing coming before we present it. Before we're going to bring it to the court we're going to show it to the world. I want to show it to the world before we bring it up to, to Judge Nichols up at D.C.. And here's why everybody, today we subpoenaed, and now I got to... I don't even know the names now. Um, will you text Kurt, and tell him, which ones we, the names of the people we subpoenaed. I believe Clapper was one, um, but I don't want to get it right, uh, wrong. These are big names coming at you, Brannon. Maybe you know who he subpoenaed?
Howse : Well, my guess is you probably, you probably subpoenaed John Brennan, and James Comey, for sure.
Lindell : No. I know Clapper is in there.
Howse : Yeah. Yeah. Yep. These were some of the people you also were, that Donald Trump was suing in his lawsuit.
Lindell : No. No. This goes back to, this ties directly to ah, ah, Dennis Montgomery's stuff.
Howse : Well, remember originally it was Comey, uh, Mueller, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, originally the story was these guys were all in involved with Obama with this software.
Lindell : Well, anyway, we subpoenaed a lot of big names today and Kurt will...

Lindell : We'll find out, everybody. I don't want to give a false subpoena notice or they'll say we are fake news here at The Lindell Report. But these are big names and, I'm really sorry everybody, and you journalists go, "Mike LIndell didn't even know who he subpoenaed." I've got about 15 things going on at the same time. All I know is that these get subpoenaed before I show you guys everything that's going to... we're going to show the world. Brannon, we are going to show the world now! And then you take all this information and then you take these subpoenas, I believe that what's going to come out there. There's one that starts with an 'N' to there, I believe. 'N', ah, Nagagra... uh Na... um, starts with an 'N'. Hopefully Kurt will get back to you right away.
But anyway, we have a, so we're doing this, subpoena's everybody, and we take their subpoenas. We're going to take the information and we're going to have, what I'd like to do, Brannon, is maybe just make, devote just a whole day. We're going to also, I want to get, ah, I want to interview Dennis. He's been, you know Dennis has been, they've attacked him, you know, he's got this, it vindicates him, it vindicates everybody. Howse : And one that I was going to guess but didn't want to because it, uh, I didn't want to get it wrong. Its a name that not that many people know. But its James Baker who's the former FBI General Counsel. Not for the political policy guys like myself, not the James Baker that worked for the former President George H. W. Bush. Different guy. But, it was Clapper, Negroponte and James Baker, the James Baker who was the former FBI General Counsel.
Lindell : Well, that's awesome. That's, right now every single journalist watching this show. I'm going to pre-shame you. Shame on you if you don't announce this. Now this is something that Newsmax, FOX, Salem Media, and all the terrible journalists, all the ones, you know, on the left, should be going, "Hey! Mike Lindell... or The government releases Dennis Montgomery's stuff. We all get to see it!" You know, I mean, "We all get to see it and they subpoenaed Baker, Clapper and that, who's that...
Howse : Negroponte. And by the way, Negroponte and James Clapper are former Directors of National Intelligence. They're former DNIs, Directors of National Intelligence. Each of them held that spot.
Lindell : And if you guys knew why we were subpoenaing them, let me tell you. I don't even want to get into that but its, ah, Brannon this, this is, everyone in this country should be going, "Finally." We get a win here, everybody. Lindell : You know what's funny. We also have a county in Michigan, I think, that's coming after me, I think its Kent County or something. They're coming after me, my lawyers just told me that, "Oh! You made it so hard. We got all these Cast Vote Records," and they're coming after me for either that or... . Basically, they're coming after me because we put a call out to preserve the 2020 election. And isn't it a great thing everybody, that we have now over a thousand Cast Records, everybody. Out of three thousand some counties we have a thousand of the counties. And now we have the camera angle from Dennis Montgomery's great stuff and then we have those, all the cast records, guess what, they go just like this (holds hands apart, spreads fingers, brings hands together, fingers meshing as hands meet), everybody. They fit like a glove!
And there's more. Where I'm sitting out here in New Mexico. Do you know they've gotten four machines. Inside of them, they've gotten inside the machines. You know, where they've gotten like inside. This actually, like the tip of the spear for getting information. And for the public, they actually doing good things for the people, judges are going, "Hey! We're going to go completely paperless in light of this. Look at this what we found." You know, they're making common sense solutions out here for the problem. "Gee! I see a problem. These machines are designed to cheat and steal elections. Maybe we shouldn't use them." What a concept, Brannon! What a concept!
If you were going to fix something and invent something that worked better. Well if a machine is made to do elections and it doesn't work I don't care if you can break into it and cheat, I don't care if its a defect or whatever the thing is you can't use it. So you, what do you do? You make something better. What if that invention is paper ballots and they're counted by hand before modern cameras. You know, what a concept.

Lindell : But, I'm going to give you what should be the number one story right now, everybody. So, everybody, we all, I don't know, for those of you that have never heard the name Dennis Montgomery or that have never heard of, when I got evidence, this was on January 9th of 2021, actually got it from Brannon, introduced me to a Mary Fanning and got this, just a small piece of this evidence from this whistleblower that worked with the CIA and our government. Now I can tell you he's the smartest one, if not the smartest man I've ever met in my life. Probably one of the smartest men that ever walked this planet Earth.
And I get this evidence and this is what I tried to get to the President on January 15th. Every body just focuses on the letters that the lawyers had that was completely separate... the Martial Law incident which just made, raised awareness to everything going on so they could, you know, attack me everyday. But every time, everybody, that, you know, I spent the next four or five months validating this data from the 2020 election.
Imagine taking a movie of everything that happened within the cyber space, inside the machines from the 3rd of November 2020 to the 6th of November 2020. And all you're doing is observing and watching and recording all this. OK, recording all this. And Dennis had invented something that's part of this huge thing called Hammer Scorecard. The government then used this thing, they wanted to use it on other countries, to watch them, flip their elections and do all this other stuff. You know, I don't know all those other details back then. Right. I don't know all this stuff back then. But I do know that we needed the data from the 2020 election.
So, everybody, it gets down, it took four or five months. I kept telling everyone if this gets to the Supreme Court its over. 9 zil. They're going to go. "Our country was attacked. China was involved." You know, I've said it before. Now I know it was the CCP, the Deep State, the Uni-Party and the Globalists. And who is, who's the main person? I don't know. That Lord guy, Malcolm... what's his name, Brannon? He's one of ...
Howse : Lord Malloch-Brown
Lindell : Malloch-Brown, I mean, George Soros. You know, probably Fauchi, who knows. They're all comm..., I mean, Bill Gates. Fauchi's probably paid by him. Who knows? It seems like it all ties together. That's something else for, you know, when this all gets done and the people that are involved, you know, and they end up behind bars. That can all be sorted out then. But, do I have a definitive names? No. You can say you can point to some. Let's say, ah, Brad Raffensperger. And say, "Why would anybody do this, to our country, and to the state of Georgia?" And he's a Republican so he's doing it to his own party. And then he did it to Democrats this spring.
Well, I guess he looked at those, didn't he Brannon. He brought those up and said, "Yeah. She really won. She really won."
So, anyway, I'm going to get to my point, everybody. Then we had the Cyber Symposium, everybody. And I wanted to show the world all Dennis'..., all the data from the 3rd to the 6th. Now I don't know if everybody knows but I was attacked a month before that (be)cause CNN came to me. And every one's going, "You better, you better not have, you better not because Dennis Montgomery is duping you. Dennis Montgomery is duping you. Mike, you know..." Remember on CNN when I said, Brannon, I go, "Oh! You care about ole Mike." So, everybody look that up. You can look that up on Youtube. This people are coming for me forever and I never for once mentioned Dennis Montgomery. So, I'm going, "Wow!" Everybody, the bad guys out there, the Deep State, they certainly don't want Dennis' stuff out there. That's all that's going through my head. And all that's going through the lawyers' heads.
Then, we find out... . Everybody, what I was trying to get the President to do on January 15th of 2021. I had a letter. This something I'm telling you right here, never, I don't think I ever said this on any program ever. So, I had a letter for the President to sign that lifted, its a protective order, its like a government gag order, on Dennis Montgomery. They had him sign, because all his stuff is so, its one of the most powerful stuff in the world. OK.
Howse : Its the most powerful piece of software that the intelligence community can use to do all kinds of incredible things.
Lindell : It is just incredible. But anyway...
Howse : But what you're saying is that you had a letter January 9th, you went in there with a letter hoping to get that gag order lifted?
Lindell : No. I got my stuff on January 9th. I went into the White House on January 15th of 2021. When I went in the White House I had the four pieces of evidence, basically of Mary Fanning's website. Because she pulled it up from Dennis. In the meantime from the 9th to the 15th I got to talk to this Dennis. I dug in. I did my due diligence, what I could in six days, I go, "We've got to get this, we've got to get your stuff, this will save our country. We've got to get this gag order lifted. This government thing lifted." And I thought the President could just sign it and lift it. Well, that's when I asked him to sign. And he said, "Take everything upstairs with the lawyers." And then I never, you know, they said, "Well, we have to show check on this," or whatever and all this stuff. So it never got signed. I, you know, and ah, and everyone, maybe everyone knows that story, we don't have time to tell that whole story. But I end up leaving the White House, and um, with it not signed and just and just defeated going... and that's when Ben Carson called me and he said, "Mike, maybe this is all on God's timing," or he said, "This is all on God's timing. Maybe we have to go through a lot more. He doesn't just go by dates of November 3rd or December 14th, or January 6th, or January 20th, whenever that inauguration thing was." So, and he said, "Whatever, God doesn't go by those dates, He doesn't go by those dates. Maybe everything has to happen before we get what we're praying for." Right. And, "Maybe its not God's will yet." Well, It gave me a peace.
Then, as everybody knows, five months went by, we had the Cyber Symposium. We were advised, everybody, on the 2nd night, not to put... we had all the metadata that was from the 2020 election, even the biggest traitor in the country said that it was, ah, that that was from the 2020 election. Does everyone know who that traitor is? Alan Duke, everybody. Alan Duke. Alan Duke and Martin. They had stories. They said if... they actually had us change one column, two columns matched at that point. But my point being that, everybody, is that we advised because of that gag order, and Dennis Montgomery, everybody went, and to the government, and said, "I need this lifted." And they turned him down. They said, "No. No. No. No, We're not lifting this order. You're not bringing this out in public." OK.

Yes, I did start my comment with "IMO" because I am only stating my opinion, and then provided the context of the material to back up that opinion with a transcript of the relevant portion of the Bannon / Lindell interview so that anyone reading my opinion could also read "for themselves" what I based that opinion on.
I also included a link to the video from which the transcription was made so that the transcript could be checked for accuracy against the primary source documenting the Bannon / Lindell exchange on the subject at hand and if possible, viewed first hand if time permitted.
My original comment was in reply to u/SilverWolf55 comment of how they interpreted the Bannon / Lindell interview, concurring with OP opinion that the gag order had been lifted (it had and has not - the USG/DOJ memorandum stated that the issue was moot as far as issues before the Nevada court was concerned) and in particular SilverWolf55's analysis regarding "Chinese" interference, see copy/paste below:

The intent was to engage with SilverWolf55 and discuss, not the fact of exposing the election interference appearing to originate from servers in China (highly likely but no one has put out concrete evidence as of yet), but that the 32 terabytes of PCAP data Lindell has acquired from Dennis Montgomery contained Scorecard software (Montgomery developed) with a unique electronic marker that Montgomery is alleged (Mary Fanning source) to have inserted into the source code of the Scorecard software (which is used in the packet harvesting portion of the collection of the data packets off the internet) but that the electronic marker present in the China based election hacking / interference (part of the 32 terabytes Lindell wants to use in evidence in his court case) is the same electronic marker in the source code which Dennis Montgomery had been forced to turn over to the FBI a few years back, and who (the FBI) claim to have then given that source code to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community for secure and safe keeping.
In other words, "FBI... you got some splainin to do!"
Hence Lindell's statements later on 10/08/22 at the Trump Rally site in Minden, NV to have subpeonaed Brennon, Clapper, Baker (former DOJ attorney) and others in connection with the Dominion v. Lindell defamation lawsuit. More shots across the bow of these (and other) deep state actors.

But, you, of course had other ideas since you are so well informed and up to date on the extremely nuanced Lawfare battles being fought to suppress Lindell's Montgomery originated 32 terabytes of 2020 election data.
Read the USG/DOJ memoradum and explain exactly what it means in regard to the release of the 2020 PCAP data in the Montgomery v. Trepp case and then consider what is going to happen if and when Lindell tries to submit the 32 terabytes as evidence in the Dominion v. Lindell case. The merry-go-round starts up all over again.

Why take the time to transcribe the interview? Because a lot of people on GAW do not have the time to watch a video but do have the time to read the exchange between Bannon and Lindell and comprehend why I have come to the opinion based on my analysis. Perhaps I should have started with IMA (In My Analysis) and you would have not categorized my comment a "rant."
In addition to the Bannon / Lindell interview, I provided a link to the video of that segment of The Moment of Truth Summit which Lindell refers to during the interview when Lindell states he was on stage with lawyers and Jeff O'Donnell. If you had watched that video, then you would have a better comprehension of how Lindell is shaping the Dennis Montgomery narrative as a psyop to attack the opposition (witting and unwitting) and condition his followers (unwitting - the witting know what he is doing and why he is doing it.)

How have I torn down Mike Lindell's credibility?
What have I written that is untrue, inaccurate or derogatory of Mike Lindell?
Have you read the USG/DOJ memorandum responding to Mike Lindell's motion to lift the Military States Secret Privilege protective order (the gag order) on Dennis Montgomery that is the subject of my analysis of what Mike Lindell has said about memorandum?
He has completely and consistently misquoted and misinterpreted what is in the USG/DOJ memorandu. And he has done it on purpose with admirable skill and precision. He is trolling, and messaging, and making the next move in the chess game that is Lawfare, and doing it under direction of some master strategists and tacticians. Mike is the guy moving the piece on the board - more accurately, Mike is the piece on the board and has been moved to misquote and misinterpret the memorandum according to plan.
No less than Dr. Shiva, after analyzing Lindell's presentation of vote flipping data at the August 2021 Cyber Symposium, in an interview with Steve Bannon following his (Dr. Shiva's) brilliant presentation at the Symposium, said that either Mike Lindell was perpetrating a hoax on the country, or Mike Lindell was being hoaxed as evidenced by the data projections of vote manipulations, based on the Montgomey PCAP data, for every state, represented a consistent 4.2% divergence between the certified state results and Mike Lindell's revised results.
In other words, Lindell's numbers exhibited the same mathematically consistent deviations that Lindell claimed proved algorithmic manipulation of the official state vote tallies. Every state had the exact same 4.2% deviation. Those figures which had only been presented to the public that morning (third day of the symposium) and Dr. Shiva (invented e-mail as we know it - can't recall how may Phd's,) had about an hour to work up his numbers. In other words, to a math genius, the the impossibility of the state by state deviation correlations was as plain the nose on his face.
Now that critique, broadcast live from the site of the symposium on Bannon's Warroom, on its surface, sure appeared to be an attempt to tear down Mike Lindell's crediblity.
However, it was not. Because these guys are part of the plan... and they troll each other all the time. However, to catch them trolling each other and to catch them trolling the "bad guys" you pretty much have to watch all or as much of their stuff as possible.
That is the context I think you are missing in assessing that I am being negatively critical of Mike Lindell.
Pointing out the difference between what is in black and white in the USG/DOJ memorandum and how Lindell has been instructed to spin it is not criticism.

What did they do in Maricopa County? They shut down the machines and the counting. For four days. I mean you can't make this stuff up. There was only 90,000 votes left to be counted and everyone knew they were all 70/30 for Kari. They probably called up crooked Brad Raffensperger and said, "What are we going to do? We only have this." And Brad's going, "You should have cheated more earlier. You should have cheated more earlier." You know he's and expert at this, crooked Brad. Well anyway, for four days we waited for those results. You know what they did? These are Republicans, now. They covered up the windows again. In Maricopa County. They put up the barricade. But finally they had to come clean with the American people and say, "Kari Lake won!"
So what I'm telling you is this. You get everyone you know to vote. Listen, this is our... this is it. This is our... there's no tomorrow. We will get rid of those machines, by the way. There's a lot of counties, there's a couple right here in Nevada, you know, they're going to be machine free. And we have so many states that I have, and counties, I won't tell you which ones and tell the fake media. But we have... and they're going to do a hand paper count right after the election and the very next day. So we're going to catch these machines. Its kind of a Catch-22 for them. If they steal they're caught like they never seen, like they were in 2020. But if they don't steal they lose everything. Its going to be the biggest red wave you've ever seen in history.

And the last thing I'll say is that God did give us grace. We are in the greatest place in our nation's history as we speak. All the bad things going on there, I was just up in northern California about a week ago. Gas was $7.80 a gallon. All the progressive Liberals I met up there on the street, they came up to me, and they wanted my picture. And they're going, "You know what? This stuff that's going on is crazy." We'll find those criminals anyway. They'll end up behind those melted down machines, behind those prison bars. So its really good news and now I'm going to say this. This will be a process because we also, yesterday, now I'm going to get this wrong for sure, we subpoenaed Brennan, Clapper, a guy named Baker, so we subpoenaed them in this case. But now that we have this release, there's other names too but I don't want to get it wrong in case they didn't get the subpoena. Who cares, right, what difference... they'll just say its fake news. I should just list off about twenty of them, get them all out there. So, we are doing the subpoenas, its a process that we are going to take. So we are not going to put everything up on Monday morning and say, "Here it all is." Now, they have to go through, there's a process to this, you know, the government has gotta make sure that we are only releasing the part, but this should do two things. It should for sure get rid of what started on February 4th, the day Smartmatic sued FOX News and started what was called Lawfare in this country. It had never been done since 1798 in our country.
What that is everybody, is anybody that speaks up or anybody or any organization that would speak up they get sued or threatened with a lawsuit. Let me see your badge." You know, I see two badges, I'll give them that. So he showed me his badge. So we pull over and he starts questioning me about my airplane. "You fly every where, to all these states." I said, "What? Is that your business?" And I go, "I'm flying around trying to get crooked Secretaries of States and Attorneys General to get rid of these machines." So any way, he goes round and round. Then he brings up, some of the FBI was from Colorado, some was from Minnesota, then I bring up, you know, I said, "Why don't you bash my door down like you did Sherronna Bishop and others?" And he goes, here's what he said, "Well Sherronna didn't open her door fast enough." And I said, "42 seconds". So if you all get knocked on the door by the FBI make sure you've got a little timer there. 38, 39 40! Come on in! It saves on a door right.
Nobody got arrested there. They were bashing in these women's doors, dragging their daughters out in the front yard in their underwear. They've weaponized the FBI against us. That's what they have done. So I sued the FBI and I sued the government. And when they went to get my phone, get this, I said, "You're not getting my phone." He said, "Oh yeah. We're getting your phone. Here's these papers." I go, "How do I know these papers are alright?" I said, "I've never heard of such a thing. I'm going to call my lawyer." He goes, "No. You're not calling your lawyer." I go, "Let me get this right. I'm not getting arrested, but if you arrested me, I could call my lawyer." And I says, "Now you're not going to arrest me, because you're not, and I don't get to call my lawyer, but you can steal my phone which is my life." You know, I talked to one of my lawyers, Alan Dershowitz, he said, "Law has not caught up with technology." Everything you have is in those phones. You know, when they take that, if I'd have had any kind of emergency or... it was done. I couldn't you know. you lose all communication because its not like the old days, you know, where's a pay phone.
But anyway, these guys, I call my lawyer, there's one thing running through my head. Maybe, finally, FOX News or the conservative media will let me talk about the election crime if I get arrested by these guys, right. So I go, "No! I want to be arrested. You don't get my phone." And my lawyers going, "Give them you phone." I go, "No! I want to be arrested." "No, give them your phone." So anyway, I finally give them the phone and they give me a piece of paper that said, "What ever you do don't talk about this to anybody. It could jeopardize the investigation." And it said, "If you do, its not against the law if you tell people, but if you do tell Attorney General Assistant Adam Teederbach," or whatever his name was. You have to tell him first before you tell everybody. So what I did, I went on my show, its on Lindell TV, its on 6 O'clock central time, Monday through Friday, and I said, everybody plug your ears, I'm going to tell this Adam crook, about my phone, and I'm going to tell the world. So I told the world.
Then a little miracle happened everybody. Lawfare, they have this plan, and nobody can speak out against these machine companies that nobody knows who the heck they were before this started. Nobody knew the name Dominion or ES&S or Smartmatic or Hart. You didn't even know any of this stuff. And you certainly didn't know how crooked our Secretaries of States were. Or even for that matter, what they did. But we know all that now, starting with crooked Brad Raffensperger down in Georgia. I always got to throw him in there. So, here's the miracle, everybody. I didn't have to get arrested. I get a text from Tucker and he says, "I've had it!" And he put it on FOX News two days in a row. And one of the reporters even said the word... wait on it... Dominion. Newsmax actually came out of the woodwork and said I could go on Newsmax but of course its baby steps, they had to censor out the words, like 'machine' or 'Dominion'. It was like my whole talk was beep beep beep beep corrupt corrupt, Brad Raffesperger, beep beep.
But this was a miracle because we're breaking through. We're breaking through and our voices are getting heard. And you know what, there's an old commercial back in the day, we have to do this without that conservative media. When we finally get these machines, and it all out there in the open, finally, I looked at FOX News and Newsmax, and they'll go, "Look what was found!" or "Look what we found!" you know because they are going to have to cross over. And then we have to decide, you know, they better never do this again because Lawfare should be outlawed and they should put in prison anyone that did Lawfare in our country. It silenced everybody, it silenced the media and everyone.
Now, you ask, Mike, what about this mid term election that's coming up. I'm going to tell you what you all can do. What we know we can do. By the way, it was a gift. Just think of this everybody. The gift. Here's some more of God's grace. Evil did not stop with the 2020 election. Think of the primaries. They did it in all these primaries. You know how many people, you know Tina Peters really won. There's so many people really won. Brad Raffensperger lost. In the state of Georgia there was a Democrat, I love telling this story. On may 24th, her and her own husband, they woke up in their own precinct, there were three Democrats, and she got zero votes. Now they should have been smart and gave her two and they could have said, "I'm sorry, lady, only your husband loves you. Nobody else loves you." But they gave her zero votes. So she, they had to do something. So crooked Brad Raffensperger goes, "We gotta look into this. We gotta do something." So they open up the machines, they do a count, a hand count, and they find out she had 3800 votes, whatever it was. She went from 3rd place to 1st place. Immediately. You know in our country when any politician has ever been found fraud or crime the other person gets put in immediately. Its happened for 200 years and except for the Presidential race. But it did happen in 2020. So I'm going to tell you, again in Georgia, here's another one. In Georgia, another Democrat in two counties over, or somewhere in Georgia, tell them to fact check me, it doesn't matter, so three Democrats. So this Democrat got 3600 votes. So, no big deal right? She wasn't on the ballot. And it wasn't a write in. She had dropped out two months prior, I want everyone to understand how they work these algorithms. If you have a candidate here, and you want this one to win, but you have three candidates, and this guy is the odds on favorite. What you do is you steal votes from him and you give them to the third place person. A lot of this crap that they're going to be doing is like up in Alaska they got computers that do it, its called rank choice voting. That's how they do it up there, that's how Sarah Palin lost up there. Its disgusting what they're doing with these machines.
The future is they want you all to go to the email in your phone. Its what they do with our military vote. 90% of our military vote went to Biden because they stuffed it, they stole it with mail in votes, I mean with e-mail votes. Now in Georgia, all the stuff, they just kept cheating and cheating, all through these primaries. But now we know. I'm going to give you an example of how we overrun these algorithms with the Cast Vote Records, and then with something else so we can watch it in real time. Besides my Cyber guys we can watch it in real time. Every vote you have goes through something you call the Edison. Edison & Company and they are in New Jersey. Every single vote goes through this monopoly called Edison. Every one! So it goes through Edison and then it goes out to all the media on election night. Have you ever seen votes go in reverse? Of course we have. Its impossible!. Its like a time line, you watch it and its like complete corruption. They don't have time to change the Edison, that's why I can say it. They don't have time. "Oh, they're on to us. They're watching us." Well, we are watching them. Here's with Kari Lake. You all know Kari Lake" With Kari Lake everybody, what we told people, and really listen to me now. We told people in Arizona. Go vote in person, same day. Not early. And not early. Use a blue pen. And there's a reason for that. A blue ink pen. Vote same day.
And this is a perfect example this Kari Lake. The whole thing, the bad guys, they knew we were watching, they knew the whole country... she was America's darling. So here's the day of the election. She's losing, losing, we were watching, the algorithms were, you could just, I could draw the prediction right down to the day of voting. So by 11 o:clock that night Kari Lake was down by 10%. They called her, they wanted her to concede. And I had her on the phone at 11 and I said, "Wait." And she tells me, she got me inspired she goes, "Mike, the day of voting is getting counted right now." So they started counting them and Kari Lake 70/30, 75/25, 70/30. By 2 o:clock in the morning she was up by 12,000 votes.

Been typing for two days. Just about done with Lindell's pre-rally speech on 10/08/22/. The revelation about the attempt to get President Trump to sign an executive order on 15 Jan 2021 to lift the gag order on Dennis Montgomery PCAP data is a narrative MOAB.

So I'm sitting there waiting to go meet these lawyers and go again, and I said, "Can I go use my phone?" I go outside to call my son and I had those papers in my hand. And I've never read the other two papers. What are the odds that one of the lines says "Martial Law"? So the Washington Post takes a picture from a quarter of a mile away and that's what they take, right. But, you all say, well, that's a bad thing. No. It was a miracle that that happened. And I'll tell you why in a second. I'm on the phone with my son and I looked up on the hill, and hundreds, at least a hundred journalists come trotting over the hill like a herd of buffalo, right, trotting over the hill. And I'm going, "This is crazy." Hundreds of media people coming at me, and I said, "I gotta go." And they all ran up to the White House and they stopped about... there's a line there, kinda by the edge of grass and they go (makes a sound like brakes catching). Just like a bunch of sheep stopping at a fence, right.
And I said, "Would you all like for me to answer questions?" And they all go, "Yeah! yeah!" And I go, "I changed my mind. You all find something real nice to say about me." And I went back in the White House. Now, I get in the White House, and to make a long story short, I go back upstairs with the lawyers. He just chews me out because I said I wouldn't leave until he looked at this evidence. They looked at it and they basically shooed me out of the White House so I didn't get that thing signed to release Dennis's terabytes, this government gag order.
And I'm heading across to Virginia, and my good friend, Ben Carson, called me. Ben calls up and he says, "Mike, how did you do?" And I said, "I didn't get it signed. Its over." I said I was devastated. And he goes, he said these words, he goes, "Well, Mike, maybe its not God's will right now." He said, "God's got his hand in all this. He doesn't go by dates. You know, maybe a lot of stuff has to happen before everything is revealed." And I heard those words and I was so encouraged. I get across with my friends, there was like 12 of us, to Virginia to eat. And I get there and I turned my phone back on and my daughter sent me a picture. And I'm standing outside the White House with a phone and it says "Martial Law" on a paper I'm holding and I'm the Number One Story in the world. She goes, "Dad! Get out of there!" And I'm going, "Aaaaah!" This is after, I said, "They're going to hang me," right.
Well, that started days and days, from morning to night, of media calling me all the time, nonstop. Attacking me, "Mike, you lost four more retailers. How do you feel?" "Did you hear about China? Did you hear about the machines? Did you hear about this?" But at least I was getting the word out. The left wing media just attacked, but that was just the only way we could get the word out. "I didn't care," I said, "I didn't care about if we lost everything, if we didn't have a country." What I'd seen, I couldn't unsee what I'd seen. If we had the machines then we were another Venezuela. 54 countries have lost their country to the machines and to the computers now. The U.S. was going to be 55.

Its a miracle, he got into a runoff because our great President Trump endorsed him. And he's in a runoff and its on October 30th. They have all Smartmatic machines throughout Brazil. He's like the Donald Trump of Brazil. He's a 70 point... he would have had 70% of Brazil if it wasn't for the steal they are going to try and do.
Anyway, so the media attacked and attacked. Well then, something very significant happened on February 4th. On February 4th of 2021 is the day Smartmatic sued FOX News. Now, why is that significant. Because that started Lawfare in our country. From that day until just last week, or a week and a half ago, and I'm going to tell when that happened. Nobody could go on FOX News, Newsmax, Salem Media, any of the conservative media and talk about the election of 2020, especially about machines. You know they couldn't even, Newsmax and FOX, wouldn't even talk abuot '2000 Mules'? Did you all see that movie? And that was government cameras showing felonies being committed, with no machines involved, and they wouldn't even show that. So if you have all he Media, if you have, we can say the good media, and they're not talking, and then you have the bad media, and all they're doing is putting out lies and propaganda... . You see where we're at?
So, my thing, I'm going to tell you, if you remember a year ago, I finally had all the evidence validated from Dennis Montgomery. I had the Cyber Symposium. And I had the Cyber Symposium and I put out a five million dollar challenge. I had to get the media there. I had to get... break free and get this word out. Well, on the second night, before we were going to put out the meat of it, so to speak, I was physically attacked with a warning, I mean, I've had a lot of things, I mean if you've read my book I've had a lot of things, you know, I been in some bad places and this was a bad deal that night.
My advisor, it was a Colonel, he said, "We've been advised they're going to put a poison pill in the data and they're going to arrest everyone," because of that government gag order. They were going to stick in a poison pill. That was a year ago.
As you all know, over the past year, more and more, after the Cyber Symposium, people went back to their States. They went back and they said, "Hey! it happened in our state too!" It planted seeds across our country that have been sprouting for a year and a half. And everybody, even people on the Left, know the election was stolen. The polls are huge that it was stolen. And, that it was stolen through machines. So, I'm sitting with the evidence, and at that point we actually had some evidence that came through... you all have heard of Tina Peters? She was a county clerk that said, "There was nothing wrong with..., there was no crime in my county." But she did a back up of the computer and when Dominion and the crooked Secretary of State of Colorado, Jena Griswald, came in... . And do you know what they did? They deleted the whole 2020 election in the whole state of Colorado. And the proof of it is up on frankspeech. By the way, if you don't have the frankspeech app you need to download that now. I mean, you have to you guys. It is so important. When I put up frankspeech, when I put up millions of dollars into it was because of what happened after February 4th. The media would go completely silent on me, even the bad media. And when that happens it doesn't matter what you have to say if you don't have a voice or if you can be cancelled. They tried to cancel our voice forever.
Now right up on frankspeech, everybody, is what we have on the machines. It shows the algorithms of the 2020 election being deleted. It shows that another election that was in 2021, it shows that being manipulated.
So, then we get to this summer. You all need to hear this. In June, in June of this year I was meeting with all my Cyber guys and all my lawyers, I was having like an appreciation dinner. We had a dinner. The next morning I'm was meeting with all five of, five or six of my Cyber people. And, one of them said, "Mike, you got to stop talking about the Dennis Montgomery evidence, because we're getting numbers that are even higher than that." And I go, "What?" They go, "Yeah. He could have won the state of New York." I go, "You're kidding!" I go, "Where are you finding this?" Well, they tell me about Cast Vote Records, right. And these Cast Vote Records, I go, "What you mean, Cast Vote Records?" He said, "Well, when you, if you can get them, its by a Freedom of Information Act, and you can get these Cast Vote Records." Well, a Cast Vote Record will either show computer manipulation or it won't. There's no in between. Its either A or B. Its either a perfect election or there's crime. Done by computers! So, as you know, two things then happened everybody. I said... all those Cyber guys doubted Dennis Montgomery's stuff because the media has attacked him for four years. So I said, "Why don't you come out..." I picked one of them, if you all know the name Jeff O'Donnell. I picked him to validate, another validation which I validated, the validated and validated the validated. I said, "Well, come on. You can look at the stuff too."
He does that and on another track we had what was called The Moment of Truth Summit. Did any of you see that or go to that? When we had that we put Dennis Montgomery's stuff on the stage. You can go to frankspeech and scroll down. Those 32 terabytes that have been sitting there, there's been so much more evidence coming out, but that, we could overturn the election 10 times over. But with my terabytes, that's my evidence, everybody, for these six billion dollars worth of lawsuits against myself and My Pillow. There is that. That is what I had. You can't defame someone when you not only know they are guilty but they are guilty of the biggest cover up in human history.
So anyway, we do The Moment of Truth Summit and right on stage I filed, now here is where your State comes in, I filed in the state of Nevada, Dennis had applied a year ago to get those terabytes released, to the government to lift the gag order on this, so the American people to see all this. I got on stage at The Moment of Truth Summit and said, "I now own most, 90 some percent, of Dennis's technology." I bought it! I bought it and I put up there on stage, I hit the button, and applied here in Nevada for them to release the gag order on those terabytes to free this country.
Well I got good news, everybody. Two days ago, not the judge, the government said... I imagine there was an (argue ?), "What are we going to do? Mike Lindell's got it now and he doesn't care." You know, I don't care if I have to go to jail. I don't. I don't. The government, the government just ruled, or came and said to the state of Nevada, said, "Mike Lindell can take this evidence from the 2020 election, and they took the gag order off it. [Crowd cheers] And I was asked by the horrible media that's going to see this, I was asked by the good media this morning, I was on Steve Bannon's show... give it up for Steve Bannon. So Steve and I talked about this and he said, "Why do you think the government has let this come out now?" Well, there's two reasons. One is they know its over for the machines. The Cast Vote Records that we collected, everybody, that I reached out and told everybody to get. We have over 1000 counties of the 3200 counties in the United States. So they are all preserved from the 2020 election. But let me tell you, of those cast records, 98% show manipulation by computers, 98% of the counties we have show manipulation by computers and machines in the 2020 election. No surprise, but that's what it is.
Now, here's what we think. We think the government, because it says in there too, and my lawyers are going, "Now, you don't announce until we really look at this." I go, "I don't care. I don't care." I'm tired of taking advice where I end up... I got to listen to God, and God alone. So, I took, and the government, what I believe they did, they said, "You know what? He's going to show all this other stuff too." Believe me, there's a lot more stuff that Dennis Montgomery has. He worked with the CIA, He's... there's so much stuff there. Its basically this. We'll release the 2020 election, but all this stuff (meaning the additional information that Dennis Montgomery has) will stay right were it is. And I'm going, "Fine! That's all we wanted originally."

Hello everybody. Nevada is very dear to me. I lived here, in fact if you've read my book I lived here back in the day for about half a year in Las Vegas. Nevada was a huge part of what I found in November and December of 2020, by the way.
But I want you to watch this video. You've all probably seen it. I want to take you back to The Rose Garden. Before this all happened. This was right at the start of the China Virus before I started getting attacked. This was actually the start of my attacks after this video.

That was The Rose Garden. Did any of you see that happen right before the China Virus? When that happened I had just done that off the cuff and I said God gave us grace November 8, 2016. I said we needed to spend time with our Bibles and our families and get back in the word. When I said that that was the start of the China Virus, back in March 0f (20)20.
Well, since that time, everyone, everyone I talk to say, "Well, Mike, He sure didn't give us grace, did he?" Well, yes he did. And that's what we are going to talk about today. The grace he has given us, if you go back in time to November 4th when they stopped everything, they stopped the machines, when they overran the algorithm. Right?
If that didn't happen, if we didn't have our great president, Donald Trump, with getting 83 million votes, by the way, not 75 million... . When that happened, lets just for a minute try and put our heads there that they predicted right. OK. If they had predicted right we would have all gone to bed at 3:00 in the morning, every state would have been turned in, and Biden would have won like they said he would have won... We would have all woke up the next day and go, "What happened to our country?"
They took God out of our schools they brainwashed our kids in college, and the media has just brainwashed people for how long. But that's what we would have woke up to. We would have all been, "Who did this? Who is behind this? Who voted for Biden or who voted for the Democrats?" Because we would sit around the table and go, "How did this happen?" Because the propaganda going into it they convinced you all. They... Its all about the propaganda like Nazi Germany. One of the best marketers ever was Goebbels and he convinced the whole country that they were better than others and the rest of the country was in fear. Every single person lived in fear.
Well that's were we were at. You go back to November and December of 2020. All the evidence that poured out there, everybody. One of the states I looked at the most was Nevada. All these people that voted in Nevada, thousands of them, that didn't live in Nevada. And I said, I kept asking myself, "How... you know what? People are genuinely good people. Are you telling me upwards of 10,000 people marched into Nevada and voted?"
No. They didn't. They did not. They did not.
I kept looking at all these states in November and December. Well, of course, the only answer was because it was done by computers and machines. OK. And here's where God gave us grace. If the judges back then, by the way, no judges in the United States have ever looked at the evidence. If anybody tells you that they are misconstrued, they are lying... They are either misconstrued or they are lying. Every judge has kicked the can in something called standing. A judge can use the word standing any time he wants. Rather than look at the evidence they go, "You don't have standing. You don't have standing."
It just happened down in Arizona in the case there to get rid of the machines with Kari Lake and Mark Finchem. The judge acted like he was going to look at it. Then he kicked the can and said there was no standing. How do you not have standing if two candidates running for high offices in Arizona and you kick it out for standing?
But, back then, I believe that the judges, you know, they have families, they have grandchildren, children, neighbors, whatever, and they... I believe they were in fear. All of, you know, I believe they were in fear. How would you like to be the first judge who ever said, "Yeah. You know what? There it is." You know, and ah, but if they, if the judges back then... I'm going to tell you where our grace comes in...
If they would have turned this over on December 14th and said, "You know what..." or to send it back, or if the Supreme Court said, "You know, Donald Trump won," we wouldn't have found out about the smoking guns which are the electronic voting machines. We would have never known and we would have lost our country forever. OK.
Then you get up to January 4th of 2021. I was down in Georgia the day before the runoff. And I sat, I love telling this part, because I hope you all get it. I prayed that they would steal both those Senators, that the Democrats would. Don't say, "Well, Mike, you did this." Right. Now, a marketer looks at it like, if I was their marketer, for them, and them is... China, the Uni-Party, the Globalists, the Deep State, they're all together, the Democrat Party, I mean they're all together in cahoots. Well, anyway, if I was their marketer I would said, "Give them back a Republican so they shut up about this election." That's what they should have done. OK. And if they did that, they still had the machines, they still had the corrupt people in the Senate, they had enough, a couple of RINOs, they had control anyway.
But Evil is greedy, everyone. Evil is greedy. And they got greedy and took them both. Well, you all remember where you were that day. You were going, "Now what are we going to do?! Now what are we going to do?!" Well, that was a huge day and they stole them both. But... they had a safety net plan, and what was that? January 6th. They had January 6th planned and the plan was what manifested from January 6th. Which was January 7th and 8th. Those are two so important dates, everybody, because those are the two days 1.2 million Americans lost their platforms, they lost their Vimeos, they lost their Youtube. Churches that spoke out about their election, they lost their platform. And everybody else was put into fear and would not talk. Nobody would say something about the election. Nobody. It was, there was just silence. And if you did, ole Alan Duke from Facebook would just cover it up and say, "False News, Fake News." You know he's a traitor, Alan Duke.
But this is why, I going to tell you, you're going to hear something for the first time. And it happened two days ago. It involves the evidence that I got on January 9th of 2021. On January 9th, as you all know, I was given evidence that showed, and it was from... I can tell you the name now, Dennis Montgomery. he was a whistleblower and he worked with the CIA. He developed the software that's out... its that outer space stuff, it was to spy and steal elections from other countries. The US was developing this. They... he... now he monitored the 2020 election from November 3rd to November 6th. Everything that I've been telling you for two years... we have... there's 32 terabytes of that show what happened in every state. Now when I raised my hand on January 9th and if any one you had or if you had seen what I had you would never have stopped talking like I haven't. The thing is they gave it to a guy with a big mouth and he just kept attacking and attacking. This platform God gave me is your platform. This is it. This is the voice. This is a voice for everybody.
And they attacked. You know they went completely silent when I got the evidence until January 15th, which you've all seen the famous picture... . On January 15th, everybody, I had the evidence, but I also had a piece of paper that was very important. Its a government gag order on this information. Dennis Montgomery was under, his stuff is under a gag order, right, where you can't put it out or they say, whoever doesn't want you to see it, "It could be detrimental to the government."
So I had this sheet to get to the President and so he could sign it and give this relief so I could show all this information to the world. Well, I get to the White House, and by the way, two of the lawyers, they gave me a piece of paper, or an envelope with stuff inside, two pieces of paper inside, that was sealed. They said, "If you get to meet the President, give him this envelope. So I get to the White House by divine appointment, you couldn't get in then, and they said, "You have five minutes." I get into our great President and I'm sitting their and I show him, I said, "Here's the evidence." I said, "This is just four little pieces of something called a terabyte. There's 32 terabytes." I said, "You really won 83 million to 63 million." And he's going... and I said, "We need this released. you need to sign this, this gag order, by this whistleblower that's worked with the CIA. He developed this." Its called Hammer / Scorecard, by the way. The media is going to go nuts when they watch this, by the way.
And there's a reason that I can say all this right now like I am. So, there's Hammer / Scorecard. So the President says, there was a Robert O'brien in there, and he's head of National Security, he has all five of these papers and he goes, "We'll bring these upstairs to the lawyer and see if there's anything to this." In the meantime, he opened up the papers from the lawyers, and the first thing this one says is, "Fire Robert O'brien." So, that was kinda, you know... . I don't have to get into the stuff that he had said, you know, they said, they should fire you. Well, anyway, they take me upstairs with these papers now... He only read that first line, that "Fire Robert O'brien", he folded it back up and he gave it to him. I went upstairs with the lawyers, everybody, and I get up there and they took the papers and they opened up the one that the lawyers had given, they made copies, I guess. And they sent me back downstairs and they gave these papers back.
So I said, "Can I use my phone?" Yes, I had a phone back then. They had not taken it yet. I got a new one by the way. I sued the government and the FBI, by the way, for that. We can talk about that in a second. So anyway, I go outside of the White House, they let me use my phone. You don't get to use a phone outside the West Wing, but it was January 15th. Remember this is 9 days after January 6th. I'm holding all this evidence, I'm going, "This is a miracle. This is what we prayed for. That God would give us grace. We're going to uncover everything." It explained all he people that voted and all these non-residents that people said that didn't vote and that had been dead. They used their names. It was the machines and here was all the evidence, right.

In short, Lindell spins what has transpired in the Nevada court so much, we can rephrase Churchill's "a riddle wrapped in an enigma" line to Mike Lindell's version, "a misdirection wrapped in an infomercial."
Don't get me wrong, the USG/DOJ memorandum filed with the Nevada court is important - just not the way Lindell presents it.

Mike, I know you've got a lot to talk about on things you're working on but can you quickly... there's a big thing that you won on the data side. Can you talk about this?
Lindell - This is huge everybody. This is the evidence that I got, remember, way back on January 9th of 2021, when I was given this data that, these terabytes that, from... I'll name him, from Dennis Montgomery. We followed that up at the Cyber Symposium, we could only put out X amount, everybody said, "No, you can't put everything out there." Because there was a government gag order on it. And, ah, which they did not want it out there.
Bannon - He's a controversial guy. He's an NSA contractor employee that the FBI raided his house and, he's like some super computer guy. And he's quite controversial.
Lindell - He's a whistleblower.
Bannon - A whistleblower. And why has this validated what the court decided the other day. It kind of quasi validated what his information was.
Lindell - Here's what happened. So, Dennis applied that last year, this was before the Symposium, to release this order, this... we're going to call it a gag order on this information. Remember, he has like taken a movie of the 2020 election from the 3rd to the 6th [of November]. So, during this last year what I announced at the Moment of Truth Summit about, everybody, we had an hour with the lawyers on stage [there was only one lawyer, Kurt Olsen, on the stage with Lindell and Jeff O'donnell (cyber security expert)] talking about Dennis Montgomery - see link below for this segment of The Moment Of Truth Summit) getting all of his credibility up there. Yes, he is credible, he's one of the smartest if not the smartest person I've ever met in my life. I had all these Cyber guys validate his... all the stuff he has. And I am, now, one of the owners, if not the majority owner which I am. And so we took this on stage, his technology, we took this on stage and we filed the... to ask the government, to lift that order, because that is my evidence to not just these lawsuits, but for the country. And just yesterday, the government came back and they said, "You know what? Mike, you can use that. We're going to lift that. But just for the 2020 election. All the other stuff that..."
Bannon - This is not the judge. You're saying the DoJ?
Lindell - This is actually the DoJ said this. It was a miracle. I'm going, "Are you kidding?"
Bannon - That implies that they think that you don't have anything and that is why they're giving you this information?
Lindell - No. I think it was, I think it was a trade off going on, you know... "Mike, you know, there is this pillow guy, now he's got this, this pillow guy is going to put it out there, regardless, they're not scaring me, going, you're not going to put this out there. Still searching for this video of Mike Lindell's pre-rally speech that occurred outside the rally venue, before the doors opened, when the RSBN anchor was out interviewing the people in line waiting to enter the rally area, Lindell is on a small platform stage (no podium), one American flag to the left, one to the right (with eagle top pieces which is a flag protocol faux pax) and a guy dressed as Uncle Sam off to Lindell's right (off the platform). There is additional significant information in that discussion about the electronic marker that needs to be understood in the context of that conversation that will explain why the chess moves of the Lindell motion in the Nevada court to have the Military States Secret Privilege Order (gag order on Dennis Montgomery) lifted in the Montgomery v Trepp copyright case and why we will eventually see the USG/DOJ/DOD/DNI intervene (if the Konnech lawyers do not withdraw the case) in the Konnech v. True the Vote, Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Phillips case and invoking the Military States Secret Privilege Order as well.
Keep in mind that the teams playing the game of chess we are watching know all this stuff, have known all this stuff for a long long time... and we are just learning it. We have been fed little bitty crumbs for years. Just today, during Lindell's pre rally speech outside the rally area did I hear for the first time that the document that he (Lindell) was trying to get President Trump to sign in early January was a Presidential Order lifting the gag order on Dennis Montgomery. I follow the Lindell story very close. He has told this story many times and this is a new and significant detail.
In the Konnech case the identity of the source of the data that Engelbrecht and Phillips turned over to the FBI was just read into the court record (had been sealed for the judge's eyes only until just read into the record) on 10/06/22.
Contrary to widespread misconception, Phillips and his team of analysts / researchers are not the source of the data on Konnech that revealed the names and other information about 1.8 million US election staff and poll workers resident on servers located in China. This information can be found in the court filings and the exhibits to those filings (see link just below for docket with select filings available).
IMO the single individual read into the court record but as of yet not publicly revealed as the source of the data in the Konnech suit is Dennis Montgomery. Pushing all my chips in and putting my cards on the table.
IMO Eugene Yu arrest and Konnech investigation in Michigan and L.A. could be pawns being sacrificed to shut down the Konnech lawsuit to avoid discovery to avoid the USG/DOJ from having to intervene with another Military States Secret Order. We are getting another Ricky Jay history lesson.
Why, finally, this arrest and investigations (State in MI, county in L.A.) of these entities at this time?

Lindell has misinterpreted what goes on in courtrooms and jumped the gun making public statements about his misinterpretations many times. Whether that is part of the plan or not is up to you to decide, but it sure gets a lot of knee jerk response on GAW/PW and MSM until something definitive is released.
Again, as of now, there is no sauce on this meatball. If you have sauce, post it, I'd love to see it. Saying someone said something is not sauce, it is no different than being part of the mockingbird press. Not snark - but maybe just a little.

There is nothing posted to the Nevada court docket from the judge on the protective order being lifted. The new item is the DOJ memorandum recommending the judge / court to NOT lift the order. More details in earlier comment.

On 06 October 2022 the USG DOJ filed a memorandum in the Nevada court in response to a Minute Order of 09/02/2022 (see below copy/paste and refer to link to docket) which granted a motion filed by the DOJ for more time to respond to Lindell's orignal request to have the protective order on Dennis Montgomery lifted.
All that has happened is that the DOJ has filed its opinion (with an important caveat) that there is no reason to lift the order as it now exists, that Lindell has no standing, that Lindell's case has nothing to do with the original copyright suit and counter suit between Trepp and Montgomery, and some other legal technical stuff.

The other thing that we have, we have a pretty significant comms project going on right now in Ukraine. Some of our researchers came up with 156 million device ID's and some other things that we would need. So not only can we get these signals from the mules but once we have these device ID's, whether its the MEIDs or the I M I E's (see link below) or the other types of unique ID's that are on the phone, we can communicate with them too. So, if I... its one thing to get the signal and know where ZAK is... its a whole other thing for me to be able to send ZAK a note saying "Hey! While your on your show tonight your girlfriend is off doing, you know, whatever." Its a full on project and we're having a great time with it and I think leaving a mark, leaving an impact.
