That's what I had thought while watching the video and ones similar with alleged holographic animations is it visible IRL or is it an augmentation thing? I know there is holographic technology but it's usually in a large room.

I don't think he took this picture himself, if it was taken in front of a mirror than you'd see the phone in the picture. As you can clearly see, his right hand with something clutched in it. His entire left arm is blocked by what I presume is a door frame leading into a bathroom. You Can make out a partial bit of toilet on the bottom right. Now with that being taken into consideration, that would mean there is a 3rd party involved.
So we have Hunter nonchalantly wearing just a robe that's wide open mind you, in a room with a minor, who I am willing to bet is probably related, then we come to the person behind the camera. They obviously are enabling this behavior, so who could it be?...
