That is mostly reasonable. The only flaw in you argument is that the cop failing to properly articulate the crime, No one should just comply with them. This is a critical failure and the main impediment to a proper resolution. It is incumbent upon the cop, not the citizen to take every step in the interaction in the correct manner. As to facilitate the course of action of the citizen who cannot be expected to have proper training for these type of situations.

The police can be all too easily weaponized against the people. So it is imperative the the "rights" of EVERYONE are upheld in every interaction.

That is first and foremost.

So what you are proposing here, while obviously not a foolish course of action since you want to resolve the issue, Is to do the Cops work for them. And ultimately not the correct action to take.

There are around 3 million interactions per year with the cops. Cops being human, some are bound to be assholes.

With that said, This serves as no justification. They should be held at a higher standard. Because their actions can impact innocent people if they are careless.

I find it that most cop lack training and have no idea of what the "law" actually says. Let alone the constitution they swore to uphold. I am willing to bet most cops have never even read the constitution. And I know for sure they do not know any of the laws they enforce, or even care really. They mostly just do as they are told.

By your logic, if I were to do the same as the father I would be suspicious?

1.- I am a naturalized American. I have a hell of an accent. Does having an accent makes me not American? Also, for your information, Americans like everyone else too commit crimes. So you are not above suspicion. (This is one of the reasons the left finds it so easy to call you a racist. Because people like you are actually racist and probably do not even notice it.)

2.-The Crime the father is suspected of is obviously human trafficking. 5:30 am is not an common time for a father and son walk. How many other parents do you see walking with their kids at that time?

3.- As stated human trafficking is not always straight forward but the assumption of obvious equipment is just wrong.

While these cops did failed at their job in a rather spectacular manner. You would had done no better than them.

The suspected crime was obviously human trafficking. The Cop should had, while being ready for any extreme action, clearly expressed the crime suspected and proceed to clearly and politely ask the father to prove he is indeed who he claims he is. At said point they should accompany them both to their home where the father can then procure his ID, or better yet have the mother fetch it for him. It is a potentially dangerous situation for the cop. But facing danger for the sake of the people is what they are supposed to do.

5:30 am may be his usual time to take a walk with your son, But that is not a common practice and one can clearly suspect the child to be in danger after seeing this. How many more parents do you see around walking with their kids at that time?

So the problem is that the first officer failed to properly communicate with the father. More than likely due to poor ass training and never being actually taught the laws they are supposed to enforce or how to even properly do it to begin with.

And the second guy was just the usual police asshole. Who lacks understanding and is likely on a power trip. Easy pitfall when you are used to dealing with criminals. But not every one is a criminal and the police often forgets this.

Here is why I do not believe any of that.

I have seen with my own two eyes all of the suffering inflicted on the patriots and people of values in the military.

I have seen them lose their jobs. And then commit suicide after having their lives are ruined. I see the encroaching darkness. The policies changing without anyone doing anything about it. The land grabs happening right under our noses. Shaping the future where you will own nothing and be a labor servant until you are no longer capable of working and then, you will be provided a suicide box to off yourself. I see how complacent, cowardly and lazy the masses are. I have seen the military doing the bidding of the cabal, sending our youth to die for their sake since the middle of the last century. 70 years of unwavering servitude to "the masters of mankind"

Seen psyops of all flavors. Why should I trust this one? Better yet, the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Why would the USA military change its behavior for the last 70 years into one of righteousness?

They know all too well people are stupid. They are simply laughing in our faces.

In a sense, the elite are indeed correct. They can do whatever they want and majority of the people will not even bat an eyelash about it. Look at Prince Andrew. it is world wide knowledge that he had sex with a minor. He paid 10 millions and that was the end of it. All he needs to do now is stay under the radar for a few years and the matter is over. Will probably die at a ripe old age in a bed made of pure gold while continuing to live out and get away with his perversions.

Unfortunately, that is an opinion. The legal precedent is that anyone born in the USA is a natural born citizen. Unless the 14th amendment is changed.

The only two legal exemptions are:

Children born of alien enemies in hostile occupation (as in time of war, not illegal aliens) Children of diplomatic representatives

Yes she is. but that in an of itself make her able to run for president. Anyone born in the USA is what is legally a natural born citizen. Unless the 14th amendment is changed, that's how it is.

A natural born citizen refers to someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth, and did not need to go through a naturalization proceeding later in life. Under the 14th Amendment's Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US. 649, anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship. One can be a citizen while not being a natural born citizen if, for example, that person gained citizenship through the process of naturalization.

I can understand if you are trying to say the correct interpretation of the law is as you have stated. I am merely pointing out at the current legal standard and precedent. The SCOTUS have already ruled on it. So it would take a revision in the same fashion as in Roe vs Wade to change this fact. However, this ruling happened in 1898. It is stablished law.

There is no one alive today in the legal system who has ever viewed this argument as anything other that what was ruled back then.

Also, I actually have the constitution downloaded onto my phone so I can pull it up at a moments notice. Its a great app. I recommend it.

Go read the 14th amendment. You will be very surprised.

We were short sighted at taking care of our families, this is for certain. Those who are free, are forever burdened with looking out for said freedom. We neglected our responsibilities and naively delegated them to "the government" Literally the main culprit in every instance of oppression and tyranny since the beginning of time...

So yeah, I am a fair bit salty about this whole mess... The USA is already dead. But most people haven't figured it out yet. The ruling class has long since betrayed the people and killed the this nation. And only now when the blatant looting of the rotting corpse that was once the USA, people are screaming OMG what are you doing!?!? Worse yet, there is a bunch of naive people out there who think that nations who only stand to benefit from the removal of the USA as a world power (not that the USA was any good) are four friend? Flash news, they are just as bad if not worse than the USA...

Sigh... The Wuhan biolab was doing work for the USA DOD.

The reason they do not want the Wuhan lab leak to become public (even tho it is) is because it point back at the Threat assessment section of the USA Department of Defense.

The reason Fauci will not be persecuted, is because he was following orders of the USA government.

The department of state is no trying to protect China or Xi, They are merely trying to cover USA ass. Because they were literally funding and directing everything that was happening in the Wuhan biolab. So, is they start to blame China, they would turn up the receipts from all of the money and everything else from the USA.

The only reason China is not straight up throwing the USA under the bus, is because were literally paid to do so and the USA is doing what they rightfully should by exonerating China of fault.

Let me see if I can get this into your heads. There is no good guys. China's government is one of the greatest evils in existence, right next to the USA government.
