1 Peter 2:13-15. We have a duty to obey authority. Does that mean most if not all of us speed. Yes. However, if I'm going to speed and I break the law then I'm going to have to pay the consequences of my actions is all. In that context I do believe it matters. If I break the law, speed, and then fight the ticket b/c I don't want to pay it I do think it matters.

But why refuse to answer questions if you were speeding? That's all I'm trying to say. 1 Peter 2:13-15 does say we have a duty to obey authority is all. I know many are distrustful of authority for rightful reasons. All I'm saying is be honest; if you were speeding you were speeding. If you stole you stole; this is a circular argument and judging by responses on here I don't think I'm going to get anywhere with anyone. It all comes down to whether your trust most officers or don't.

Having been "randomly" audited before I can attest to this scumbaggery. Told them it was simply an error on B/D end, spelled everything out. And what did they do? Treated me like a criminal for a $10k documented distribution from a retirement account b/c I was between jobs. Long story short, after providing mounds of paper trails (which they had from the beginning verifying my original claim) I was finally free. No sorry, no hey you were right. Just you have been cleared. Again, error was on broker's end and pointed this out from the very beginning yet didn't matter.

I agree with this to a degree. If you are truly innocent, fine. But if you are speeding, suck it up and pay the toll. Don't waste everyone's time because you want to abuse our rights. We all know right and wrong; you can lie to another person but you can never lie to God. Just how I try and approach things

100% understand what you are saying brother. I'm with you. We must submit to Gods will; he is in control.

I respectfully disagree. I just can't in good conscious stay out of the fight when we have the ability to impact that decision. Does my vote count for much? No. A drop in the ocean but its still part of that change. However, I do 100% agree with you on big government. More power is not the answer and a debate exposing truth would be great just never see that happening; at least hasn't happened to the degree we'd like it to yet.

Tough topic, I think the point I'm trying to make is something like this: Trumps position on allowing states to decide would be much more popular with the masses. However, at what cost? Are we sacrificing appeasement to the world over God? This is where my conflict and conviction is.

On the other side of the coin it could be argued if he doesn't take this stance then gives ammo to other side to stay in power and more evil is committed. Same analogy as would it be ok to lie if Gov was rounding up Christians in your home to protect them (yes I used a different analogy than ww2 to avoid another angle). You get the point.

So that's how I'm approaching it. I still 100% would have to stand on this hill that all abortion is murder and willfully allowing "others" to decide whether they desire to sin is still blood on my hands if I can contribute to rectifying that change. However, again, as a realist I recognize that all men are sinful creatures and Trump will not be perfect as will be the majority of the world made up of nonbelievers and self professing Christians. Am I still behind him 100%, yes. All we can do is pray. Everything after all is in God's control.

I must admit this is a dark day to see more down votes for your comment then up votes. I stand with you. You are either against abortion or for it; no in-between. You cant serve the world and God at the same time. Look up Matthew 6:24-26

Doing nothing is a sin of omission. I would look at James 4:17 too; we can't pass the buck to others. Truly anyone who calls themselves a Christian must be against abortion. You are either all in or not at all; we can't pick and choose what we want to follow....again, sad to see so many who are ok with the state choosing.

I will say this doesn't change my stance on Trump the plan as we all are sinners short of perfection; but I will pray that he and others see the error of their ways repent and move for real change.

Agreed...this takes there are no coincidences to a new level! Will do some serious praying today; you just never know. All faith in Him

True; I didn't put the whole verse in you are correct. 1 Timothy 6:10 for the love of money is the root of all kinds of evils. I read out of ESV but as you likely know every word (and Iota) matters so important to clarify that fren Thank you.

Amen, no man is perfect and still some things I dislike about him but definitely happy with him fighting for freedom of speech and decency. I pray perhaps he's come to Christ. Don't know enough about him; but will keep praying for him.

Exactly...the law requires you to have your dog vaccinated against rabies. If you have cats, most rescues will not let you adopt a dog until verification all cats are "up to date" .
I've stopped taking my cats to the vet for this very reason. Quite frankly if indoor, what's the point. But you'll be shamed for not caring for your animals if you take this approach. Money money money...

Pharisees I believe are Synagogue of Satan. They stand for everything against God. Pride, ego, greed. They are driven by their own ambitions, never putting God first. They are in the Bible to portray exactly what we should not be. I believe through them the Antichrist will be ushered in. They have eyes and chose not to see, ears yet choose not to hear.

Again, the Bible is very clear about giving us imagery and examples of how to live for Him and not for ourselves. Despite witnessing all the miracles the Pharisees still chose their "traditions/interests" over God. That is the ultimate slap in the face. Duet 6:4 "Love the Lord with all your heart, all your soul and all your mite."

At the core of all sin is mankind choosing themselves and the world over God. The pharisees and what I believe is now left of them today embody everything evil stands for through this very action.

Exactly, many few "real" churches left. Book of Rev covers this and yet we are watching it play out before our eyes.
Find a good church frens; one that celebrates Easter for what it is. The resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who took all of our punishment on the cross so we could be redeemed. If your church was more focused on the Easter bunny, egg hunts or in this case drag that's not a church. Quite frankly I'm appalled at what the day has become to so many. The world has snuffed out Easter just like Christmas...it is our commission as Christians to spread the good news and fight the good fight. Praying for more brothers and sisters to fight this battle together.

Groening was a surprise but not really when you look back at Simpsons. The programming/grooming runs deep. Disgusting

Truthfully about where I expected. We shall see though, def feel forces trying to push it down. Got pretty close to 80...Seems to be stabilizing around 70. I will say this though tracking DWAC/DJT for so long more often than not seemed to follow pattern of out of gates fast, sell off around 10-11 then a late day rebound. Curious if we will see the same today. Def not following that pattern today but wonder if we see a late day rally here.

Sorry, was responding to another thread about issue with ticker. As far as I know 30 day hold on the warrants but will do some digging.

My platform (EmPoweer) claimed is a glitch they are working on...I found a way to push through but long story short when pulling up DJT ticker pulled a Japanese stock.
I just wonder how many other platforms might be experiencing something like this. Odd b/c only on the buy side not the selling side.

On phone with my platform now. Allows me to sell but not buy! Cant find the ticker on the buy side...Garbage! This is manipulation! Go figure...wonder if anyone else is experiencing this as well
