You can tell on the second clip those flashes are picking up dust and dirt its some sort of secondary explosion also the first and second you can see them leaving smoke in the air.

Rather doubtful these are nuclear.

Not to mention the target is what a hill outside a mud city?

The only problem with this statement is Hungary wasnt fully occupied until the 1940's cooperation started before but its possible what he says is at least partially true

Not really, it could be handed off to any family member or friend. Not to mention this is a preemptive strike so morally questionable to say the least.
