My problem is this: as a child, my dad was diagnosed with osteoporosis in his spine. He crushed 3 vertebra when I was 12yo. His dr put me on supplements to build my bones stronger because he was a dumbass. My parent didn't know any better. My bones were normal. But after taking calcium and some other crap, my bones grew. Large! I have never broken a bone in my life. I has a double discectomy with fusion in C5-6 and C6-7. The plate they fused my neck together with, because my vertebra was so large, matched a person that would be 6'9" tall! Hence my reference in the earlier post. I didn't learn this until I was 44yo. If my weight drops below 220#, I'm actually malnourished. Found that out when I was 35yo and dieter til I was 215#, passed out and fell down a flight of stairs.
I hope that Dr is right! I'm overweight and mine keeps saying I need to drop some lbs. But I feel good at 290! That would be ok if I was 6'9". But I'm only 5'8". Im the smallest of my brothers. But I feel great! No pains, no prescriptions, blood pressure is great. I'm not believing the hype about losing weight. I think it has more to do with genetics.
When I started my current job, I had a cholesterol problem. It was 240. Old operator at the plant told me to start using habenero peppers on everything I ate. 6 months later, my cholesterol was down to 190. It currently is 140, and I've been eating habenero peppers for 18 years. Obviously not straight. But we use them in everything we cook. Fiancé has been published in Gooseberry Patch about 40 times over the years using our peppers
1st of all, and above all, that is not a Confederate flag. Assholes need to learn history. That's a rebel flag that was used during prohibition. It never flew over a Confederate state. Confederate battle flags are square, not rectangular. Wish this false information would stop but unfortunately people are not willing to educate themselves. 2nd, if you find the SOB with the nazi flag, hang him next to trudope castreau, resident bidet, and dr ouchy
Ok doomer. Time for the reading lesson. The post was all about what will NOT be available during a transportation shut down. My reply was I am sufficiently supplied to survive all that was listed. Let's do this is "Let's shut down the trucking industry". I'm out of crayons now that I've had to draw it out for you. You must be part of the "lost" folks who will never wake up. So sad. Best of luck
Very true! My neighbor worked in a sewer plant. They told him on day one, he would be extremely sick within 2 weeks. He spent 3 days in the hospital with severe infection. After which, he had not been sick in 20 years! He now works for a major airline company and took the vax to keep his job. He's been sick 3 times in '21 and already had to call in sick again in '22. Twice now with "covid".
No unfortunately not. I'm an operator in a chemical plant. Not sure how much longer. Their decision. I'll survive, not sure if they will! It'll take up to 3 years to train someone for my position. And we're already short handed. They'll be cutting their own throat since we only have 4 board operators for 4 shifts.
I sure will. Thank you
