My son in NROTC said he is expected to get the vax and that he has no choice. Who is in charge of the military????? He is a young man with honest desire to serve our country. This is extremely detrimental to young people. They don’t know how to fight this.
Covid can be quite horrible. I beat it after chemo and during radiation which ended right before the lockdown. My normal healthy brother has been hospitalized- has lost 45 pounds and praise Jesus is improving. We will not take a vax as natural immunity is superior to the vaccines. There have been people I know who have had devastating losses due to covid.
Started with mild sore throat, slight runny nose, lung probs (hx of childhood asthma), body aches (highly unusual for me), head aches (highly unusual), extreme thirst - waking up at least once a night to drink, and fever for several weeks. I was undergoing radiation and just finished chemo. Got order for a pack and drank elderberry juice in carbonated water. I have natural antibodies. Will not get vax
The local high school students bought suckers and since they were busy eating, didn’t have to wear a mask. It can take an hour or two to finish.... I heard them say to each other “do not go to the doctor” when a couple of them had cold symptoms... Guess what? No positive covid cases in the county.
We are going through the same things here. There is a sense of compliance expected in academia and medical centers that forbids one to go against the narrative. I question the CDC as an RN and LCSW and look out for the hostile reactions. I am thankfully not directly involved. Was able to talk to a PhD nurse in the system and mentioned Nuremberg trials. This nurse was aware. Local university allowing a “choice” of vaccination but will quarantine each student 2 weeks and require testing every 2 weeks after that. All for a county with zero positive cases. What does that do to a kid? “No pressure.”
I am concerned that the military is requiring masks, quarantine etc still. My son will be a victim of this if it isn’t stopped. Both sons will be entering public and private universities. One is requiring them to be vaccinated or quarantine 2 weeks and have the test swab rammed up their nose every 2 weeks. In Jesus Name Stop this nonsense.
Generally, People in residential care are not allowed to leave unless they get vaccinated. Staff have expectation placed on them to get the vaccines. This is in a red state. What would you do if you were locked in a facility for a whole year and the opportunity comes up to have some community connection again? It was not mandatory but residents can’t go anywhere unless vaccinated.
DIR fees and PBM’s have driven many independent pharmacists out of business.
