Old post but came back to say I’ve been doing this therapy since the post and I don’t know if my arteries are better but I feel better.

It had side effects though. I lost weight 325lbs to 293lbs this morning. It’s a diuretic so I get up once to pee at night I don’t sleep/barely sleep anymore but I don’t feel tired either.
