He also knew before he left his house that he was "lawfully" entitled to take his representative seat due to a "lawful" election that saw him elected as a sitting Senator in that body.

This was a joint session which isn't under the jurisdiction of any one body. Nor is it appropriate to deny any people their representation because feefees.

People can mouth off and send strongly worded letters all they want. But the law is the law. And as libtards love to spout, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

In the end he will win. I'd put money on him vanquishing this cretin.

He was "banned" from a joint session. He was BANNED. Let's not try and pretend he was just stupidly trying to muscle his way into the chamber. All of us United Stats citizens know THE DEVIL WENT DOWN TO GEORGIA AND RINOS ARE BEDDING UP WITH HIM. We're watching, and it is a wholesale disgrace.

And HE was assaulted, not the other way around. We all see how it went down.

Senate is a legislative body...... and they"banned" him. You don't get to marginalize the voice of the people by "banning" their representatives out of their elected roles without a process that involves more than a guy having a problem with you.

My first thought too. Almost like those in the room knew they'd be made famous.

Their greed and iinsatiable, lustful appetite for power were used against them. ๐Ÿคญ
