It's because they've already told Americans the lie that it was only Crooks. Meanwhile are covering up Yearick and Hooper, and the white van and who trained them, and who/what they were talking with on their private apps. So there is obviously a cover up they are still trying to figure out how to make sense of it without too many questions asked. Thank god for folks like George Webb who have investigated this a lot deeper than most.
Domestic investigations and foreign, defence related intel investigations and ops are two different things. Also, Congress leaks like a sieve, worse than any other federal dept. Not even POTUS is privy to all of those, so how dare Congress think they have access to info a sitting POTUS wouldn't have.
However, I do believe the FBI is purposely holding back info, but hiding behind the logic above.
So come January when the DOJ and FBI refuse to give the information. Trump working with Congress can physically go into the buildings and with officers with handcuffs, physically demand the staff working the investigations hand over their case files or throw them in prison right? That’s the accountability I’m looking for.
Biden can pardon all the people he wants to, but the worst of these criminals, those guilty of crimes against humanity can still be held accountable under Rule 308.

Transparency should be codified as well as instituted as a culture of openness within government where full disclosure is encouraged and recognized.
