Great answers, thanks. I wasn't aware that they were regurgitated old announcements.

The early antigravity craft TR-3B used a spinning vortex of mercury plasma. One of the problems with this type of engine was that it slowly converted the mercury to gold so the engine efficiency was reduced. Periodic stripping of the gold was necessary, together with replacement of the mercury.

Nothing new. One of the reasons I emigrated. I remember in my youth having the car stop every mile because the carburettor iced up. I had to sit and wait for the heat from the exhaust manifold to melt it before I could drive another mile.

But happy to take his cash. :)

Clarkson had a partially blocked artery and is now following his doctor's advice to avoid meat, saturated fat and to eat lots of seed oil.

That shows you his level of ignorance.

No, alternate means switching back and forth as in alternating current. So it probably means electors who were switching back and forth between Trump and Kamala - or "undecided".

Sitting in the driver's seat while deranged. A real treat, indeed.

Yes, it's just as (un)safe as crashing a ton of lithium batteries.

Hyundai just produced a car that runs on hydrogen. It's not only pollution-free but also cleans the air that it uses.

hieroglyph - you can tell it's a Greek word from the "ph".

(Greek hieroglyphos meant "a carver of hieroglyphics.")

My understanding is that type 1 results from a destruction of the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. This can be caused by a vaccine, antibiotic or anything that triggers the immune system into attacking the pancreas.

The first thing to do is to determine whether the pancreas is still under attack and to prevent that attack. I can only guess that some drugs such as Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, steroids and antihistamines might do something useful. But if you leave it until the pancreas is destroyed then I don't think there's much hope. The liver is the only organ that can significantly regenerate.

You can control type 1 diabetes by removing the need for insulin; that means sticking to a strictly ketone diet. Even then, you'll probably require small amounts of insulin because carbohydrates can't be avoided completely but, since insulin spikes are very harmful to the body, less is good.

I don't think meditating will prevent death. What makes you think that?
