There was no mention of the heart issues the son has. There are very effective non surgical therapies that have been proven to reverse even significant heart and circulatory system issues. Details can be found in the links below.

Reversal of cardiac issues can be accomplished in two weeks using the Pauling therapy. Especially for younger people…unless there’s an actual functional defect like non working valves, murmers, etc, trying this for two weeks has a high likelihood of success.
