I'm old enough to remember a month and a half ago when we were all celebrating that the precedent was now set that former presidents can be charged with crimes. Now they are immune? What is the constitutional basis for this immunity?

Sounds like they are immune from all those crimes now at least in the criminal justice system. See, this is very confusing. Presidents are now above the law and are allowed to conduct criminal acts against other citizens. They can say we are at war against disinfo and start killing american journalists and anons now, right?

Thats not the issue. We live in a country where nobody is supposed to be above the law.

What about Obama drone striking a US citizen? Immunity? What about GW Bush defrauding the people of the United States (in their 'official capacity')?

Thanks. I actually already watched that, but it didnt really address the questions or claims made by MSM. I don't think I'm in favor of Presidential immunity and would like to know what the constitution says. (Light bulb:) Oh, so i guess if the POTUS commits a crime he can be impeached and convicted that way. Is that correct? So confused...

I'm a well rounded centrist. So, my belief is that we should round up all left wingers and right wingers and boil them together in a very large vat. Centrists are the best for sure! No civil war. Just a big pot of boiling water. For all of the civil war fighting left and right wing extremists. But, thats just me...

Yes, unfortunately, he was murdered. Would have been neat if he were still around.

It remains very unclear. For instance, in his official capacity, George W Bush committed war crimes and acts of treason, is he immune from prosecution? Is this only for criminal law maybe this is how we move these matters to the military courts?? I don't know... Just so many questions and few answers.

I was thrown for a loop on the presidential immunity case. I expected them to rule against Prez immunity and then the plan would be to go after past presidents. So, does this ruling mean POTUS can commit crimes while in office? Murder US citizens for instance (as the MSM are suggesting)? I am hoping someone can clarify because I want to see Bush, Clinton, Obama prosecuted for the crimes they committed while serving. Also, what about the crime of treason? Is POTUS immune from treason laws? Thanks fellow Frogs!

Thats not a homeless person, its just a bike-packer on a trip. Gotta sleep somewhere. The property owner should have asked him to leave and notified him that he's trespassing, in my opinion. But, that would probably be too sensible.
