I am so glad your FIL is recovering.

I wish he was still as skeptical as he was while I was growing up. I was floored when I was listening to my mother tell me all the prescriptions he has. For some reason he stopped looking for truth outside of "experts" sometime after all of us children graduated. He never did that while I was growing up. His lessons to me growing up (about seeking facts & truth in all things) were a major point of contention between us in the past couple of decades unfortunately. I just don't know what changed.

Cats, I don't see a connection with this date. What am I missing?

I hope this is the case. It looks like he is in Florida, though was a specific facility mentioned? Are there any federal facilities in Florida?

Glad they were released. Were they jailed specifically for proselytizing?

Not that I believe the CCP at all (no communists tell the truth from my experience & understanding), though a claim of contract fraud was also a reason to lock them up. Unfortunately there isn't any real discussion about that.

Pruely speculating, maybe the claim of contract fraud had to do with improper paperwork registering the church.

I have no idea. I would be great if he was kept in Florida under Sheriff's supervision to prevent an Epstein situation.

I need to find the comment I made, but community notes on X already showed the Sheriff on scene gave him up to the feds on site.

edit - link goes to the other discussion. The OP Twitter link opens those community notes.

Martin County Sheriff William... Snyder said the suspect was called out and handcuffed and kept there until federal authorities arrived. He said the U.S. Secret Service and FBI arrived, and he was turned over to the FBI.

Seems it was community noted & DeSantis didn't keep him out of FBI custody.

I had a hard time believing that was in the US yet, so I did a search for a guy who got 20 years for yelling at a police dog. I figured with the other speech issues in the UK it was likely a situation there.

That search gave the link I shared.

It is in the UK apparently. Free speech doesn't seem to apply across the pond.

Who are the advertisers for this show & this host? Every single common sense citizen needs to flood their social media, email, phone lines & mail box demanding they pull all funding & sue MSNBC, as well as the show itself, for inviting violence.

Boycott every single one of them that refuses to stand up for peaceful rule of law vs the TDS that is running rampant.
