Hard to believe TN officials would be brave enough to adopt this, with the exception of those “officials” driving Nashville into the ground. . . It appears the Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) has sold out like the AMA. . . Essentially places “liability” on MD, PA, or NP.
So why the CDC statement insisting the unvaccinated wear masks? That would mean we would have to start wearing them. Two back to back hurricanes and the mandatory masks were over except for churches, schools, and Target. And obviously the medical facilities which is unnecessary for the most part.
